I’ve been away for a while but wanted to update that I was 95kg and now currently I’m 82kg any tips to get into the 70/60s ?
I’m back after dealing with some shit happy to say I kept my weight down while it was happening and getting into a 14/12 which is a big deal as when I started this journey a few months ago I was a size 18 so my New Year’s resolution is to get to a 10/8 but the UGW would be a 6 or even a 4. Any tips would be appreciated
I feel so ashamed I was doing soo good then my boyfriend came over and I just ate snacks and had a takeaway my intake is over 1000 cals just about and I only burned 500 today
Got up and had a coffee and cleaned my house because I knew when I met my boyfriend he’s make me eat but got away with only eating 300 cals today
Its only been two hours and you are already eating again. You are gunna be huge forever.
On day 2 of a fast and I really want food but don’t ?? Like I’m hungry but the thought of food makes me sick ? Do I keep going as this is my first time or ouch threw it

A little update if anyone cares, had to take break due to parents noticing a lot more about my food and excersing so kinda slowed it down. But I’m back now and will get down to my goal size now or never
Posting Again For The Next Weeks Fast
One thing I’ve noticed with losing weight is the fat you don’t notice like you can see my collar bones now and my hands have definitely gotten smaller.
Like does that inspire people more cuz it does for me
Any good recommendations for slimming down thighs and calf’s ? One thing that just won’t lose it

There’s nothing like everyone telling you that you lost so much weight and validating it with getting a new work uniform cuz your other one is way to baggy 🥰🥰

I get such confidence and misery when people say I’ve lost weight and that I look good now ?? Like I don’t notice it so wtf did I look like before?? If what I’m seeing makes me never wanna eat again.
Have a wedding in just over 2 weeks any tips to lose even little bit of weight, would fasting help and extreme exercise, would appreciate any help
I hate how I have to eat on this trip, someone noticed I didn’t eat my full meal but just said I felt ill, whole meal was over 1000cals, tmr imma just starve cuz how else will I be thin

My plan is to only eat 500 cals a day or less and do an hour or more exercise along side. I want to try fasting but for now just training my body.
Got up at 7am and did an hour work out then ate 150 calories as I have to go to an event which will involve me having to est dinner. I can skip breakfast and lunch and I’ll be on my feet all day
New to this so here’s my log,
Up at 5:30 am (work lol) , didn’t eattill 11am (530cal) did a 30minute walk and then ate again at 7:30pm (500cal) again. Wanna get lower in my day any tips would be appreciated, I just wanna be thin.
Getting compliments on your body & weight loss feels SO fucking good. And when you realize they’re complimenting you bc they must’ve noticed you were bigger before, it’s just more of a reason to keep getting smaller & smaller.
Workouts You Can Do In Bed
To Get Rid Of The “Are You Pregnant?” Belly :
20 crunches
35 sit ups
10 full body crunches
50 crisscrosses
10 wide leg cross sit ups
20 leg raises
To Get Rid Of The Jello Like Thighs :
100 pillow squeezes
30 side leg lifts (Each side)
To Get That Bubble Butt :
40 butt bridges
25 lying kick backs (Each side)
50 clam lifts (Each side)
20 forward kicks (Each side)
30 knee tucks (Each side)
There is literally no reason why you shouldn’t be doing these workouts ESPECIALLY if you’re in bed. You can do this! You reach that UGW
