lilies came from one of the discussions about rendoctyn. at first it was the association of the heraldic lily (fleur-de-lis) with Ren and then became a symbol of rendoctyn loyalty to each other (and not only to Ren--) in my headcanons~

ring is for Elliott, because 2 rings are the only things that were left from the "good easy life" from his parents. Charlie and Harvey have the original ones, while Elliott has a copy

braid and a bead on it is for Charlie, because of his slavic origin and tradition to braid lady's hair into 2 braids. this tradition transitioned into their ritual on the wedding

mermaid's pendant is for Harvey, because of the Stardew Valley origin of Harvey's father. Harvey proposed to Charlie and Elliott by hiding pendants with notes in their houses
