This is the face of a young woman in labor

I saw this beautiful girl at the dog park today and immediately had her pegged for a street dog... Asked the owner and sure enough! She's from Mexico. You can't tell cause she's wagging it in the picture but she's got the signature tail curl. She was soooo sweet and licked my face all over when I bent down to take pictures. Unfortunately she was standing in her (super nice and patient) owner's shadow in the picture so I had to heavily edit in order to salvage it. Last picture is a better shot of her actual colors. @streetdogmillionaires

Kida had been my pal while I've been sick. Apparently when you're pregnant all you want to do is lounge. It's been nice because I've been able to keep an eye on her. Her milk came in yesterday, and today the little kitkats seem especially active. I can feel them moving, and she might even be having contractions, although he water hasn't broken yet. Shouldn't be long now!

ugh The worst thing in the world is feeling like you're not being a good enough dog owner because you're sick. I have the flu right now and can barely walk to the bathroom, so the girls haven't had a walk or gone to the dog park or anything in a couple days. They really haven't done much of anything, besides go outside to use the bathroom. They're being so good about it though. They haven't been destructive or anything, they've just been chilling out with me. I feel so guilty though, I don't deserve these sweet pups.
