You can disagree "Main line of all films is love story with MJ!", but their relationships different in every movie and they doesn't change very much. However there is Harry and Peter's relationships, which develop in every movie and connecting them. In the start they are best friends, then they're becoming enemies and in the end they're solving their conflict.

I don't understand people who are saying, that Peter 2 is straight because in films he dated only women. I think he still can be bi, pan or omni, who just didn't have relationships with men.
