RULES
Mandatory -Fri night to Mon morning.
Long weekend adds the extra day/days.
Any time off or holidays will also require baby to be diapered and dressed by mummy accordingly for the duration. This is also in effect when mummy and baby are not together!
Mummy may choose to add extra days/nights if she wants.
DIAPERS:
Diapers only at bedtime and when just mummy and baby during the daytime.
Pull ups or training pants during the day if in public no exceptions unless work or family/friends/public gets in the way! Then missed time must be made up for during the week or a mummy/baby holiday must be planned and carried out in which case baby will be in diapers the entire time including out in public and diapers will be expected to be used for intended purposes, baby’s toilet privileges are removed. (This is so we stick to this)
All diapers will be thick ab/dl diapers no thin medical diapers allowed.
Pull-ups and training pants are exactly that, baby must try to use the toilet, they are there in case of an accident.
Mummy chooses what colour and patterns the diapers are when purchasing, baby has no choice in this.
Baby powder will be used at all times with diapers.
Baby can not ask to be changed when with mummy, mummy will check/ask baby and decide when a change is needed, the only exception is if in public and baby thinks there maybe an issue.
Mummy will decide if she changes baby or baby is to change herself.
Baby can not remove her own diaper unless she has mummy’s permission.
Baby can ask for changes when not with mummy and will need to provide proof it’s required.
When diapered baby is expected to use diapers for all #1s
#2’s are babies responsibly to time correctly or bad luck for baby. Mummy is not expected to change messy accidents.
baby must inform mummy immediately after having a messy accident.
When in public spare diapers/pull-ups and training pants will be required to be in a locked bag in the car in case a change is required.
At all times diapers are to be considered as the first option if possible. (Discretion is important)
FRIDAY TO MONDAY:
If it’s just mummy and baby then mummy will bath baby first thing after work Friday and then diaper and dress her accordingly!
Baby will remain in diapers and dressed by mummy until Monday morning when baby must prepare to be a big boy again.
Mummy may choose that baby must diaper and dress herself from time to time, mummy
still picks what baby will be wearing.
When out in public mummy may choose to have baby in diapers/pullups/training pants/big girl panties under big boy clothing( plain onesie to hide diapers) baby is to use chosen items accordingly.
Every night at bed time baby will be expected to have her night time bottle, suck on mummy’s nipples and use pacifier.
Mummy may choose to have playtime as and when she sees fit, baby will immediately be placed back in diapers after playtime.
All everyday life things continue as normal
If mummy and baby are not alone then baby must shower straight after work Friday (mummy may choose to help or not) baby then must be dressed in whatever mummy thinks is appropriate before leaving bathroom.
Mummy may choose to help baby or not.
Mummy will put baby in diapers when she feels it’s appropriate, this may not be until bedtime in this case baby will be expected to have her night time bottle when mummy is putting her in night time diaper and clothes.
During the day pull-ups/training pants are to be used for discretionary purposes, if mummy decides that it is discrete enough for diapers to be worn then diapers must be used.
This will continue until Monday morning.
All everyday life things continue as normal.
EXTRAS:
Mummy can add extra time/days/nights as she pleases, if can be done discreetly enough.
Baby must ask mummy’s permission to add extra time/days/nights
If its just Mummy and baby than diapers only at home Mummy decides if diapers in public if she thinks it’s okay to do so.
Diapers or pull ups are a must on long drives
Diapers must be used for all #1 and used as close to fully as possible (they are expensive)
Pull ups for #1 if mummy says so or it’s just us and discretion permits! But a change will be required to be carried when out in public
Mummy will check if changing is required baby can not ask for changes unless mummy and baby are away from each other then baby must ask and send picture proof that a change is required, if not followed than baby will be punished
Baby must inform mummy after leaks happen
Baby must time #2’s between/before/after diapers or bad luck diapers will not be wasted because baby couldn’t time it right!
All of baby’s social media accounts are to be deleted and joint accounts set up (except facebook and tictok).
CHASTITY: baby will be required to be in chastity when diapered or in pull-ups/training pants or panties(baby girls don’t get little stiffies!)
Mummy may choose to have baby in or out of chastity as she pleases!
Chastity can only be removed by mummy or with mummy’s permission mummy will have the key when together.
If mummy and baby are away from each other then baby must be in chastity if possible, mummy can ask for proof at any point
If any irritation occurs then chastity stops! Baby must inform mummy straight away so mummy can check, mummy makes final decision on whether it’s ok to continue or not.
CLOTHING:
Mummy decides on all clothing warn when diapered!
Public is just normal clothes unless discreet. plain onesie while in diapers in public
BOTTLES/SIPPY CUP: When just mummy and baby all drinks will be in sippy cup or bottle baby must ask mummy if she wants more
Bottle every night in bed with a sqincer or water to make sure baby is properly hydrated
PACIFIERS: to be used when mummy is changing/bathing/dressing baby and at bed time
When just mummy and baby then mummy will decide if baby needs it
ATTENTION: baby will call mummy by her correct names at all times- when in public it is Liz or cheeky if discreet, when in private it is cheeky mummy or mummy
baby must hold mummy’s hand when out in public
Baby will suck mummy’s nipples whenever she asks! And every night while diapered.
Baby is not allowed to talk to other mummy’s and daddy’s without mummy’s permission
No sexual talk with anyone other than mummy without mummy’s permission
When mummy or baby is away baby must talk to mummy at least 3 times a day and send pictures
Baby must give mummy hugs and kisses when coming home or leaving
Baby must help mummy with day to day life and not complain about chores!
HYGIENE: baby must not have hairy privet’s, face to be clean shaven, legs to be hair free unless this can’t be hidden due to weather.
Baby must shower or be bathed by mummy every night whilst diapered.
If for what ever reason baby has a messy accident then she must clean up in shower by herself before mummy puts her in a clean diaper
ATTITUDE:
Baby is not allowed to tell mummy no
Baby is not to yell at mummy
PLAYTIME (sexual):
Mummy can do as she pleases! When she pleases! How she pleases!
Baby can ask for play time but must respect mummy’s decision!
Mummy may use her baby girls holes as she pleases
Play time is not over until mummy is satisfied, baby’s satisfaction is up to mummy.
When playtime is over baby will be put back into diaper!
MUMMY:
Mummy will treat her baby as a baby girl
Mummy may choose to change baby or have baby get changed by herself
Mummy may punish baby for braking the rules!
Mummy may choose how and when playtime goes starts stops this may include mummy saying “grow up” and wanting her man!
Mummy will always care for and protect her baby girl
Mummy may choose to punish her baby girl for no reason other than just to remind her who’s in charge!
If mummy thinks baby has been good she may let baby pick out new clothes, diapers or other items to tryout, or let baby choose a day out together.
Mummy may introduce new things for baby to at least try to see how it goes as mummy pleases
Mummy can and will take baby shopping whenever she pleases
Mummy may decide that she wants baby to mess her diapers once every now and again when time and privacy permits by adding a full dose of laxatives to baby’s food or drinks Without baby’s knowledge.

One day I hope I can take the walk of shame to retrieve a fresh diaper as my clammy big boy pants cling to my legs after I’ve had an accident. Only to be looked closely and sternly by mommy, who just spanked me. 😁
Potential ABDL Story?
Hi hi!
So I got this idea to write a chapter like story about a diapered high school where most students (of course) wear diapers. Here's what I was planning:
Every student is encouraged to wear diapers up until the end of their 3rd year where they start their potty training course (this doesn't mean that all students will wear diapers until potty training and entirely stop after, I plan to have some student start training earlier and some that are late bloomers. Think of it as Drivers Ed).
I want to follow multiple storylines/ students' lives in different chapters. So each chapter will follow a different POV and will build off each other chronologically (Example: Ch. 1-Maya, Ch. 2-Charlie, Ch. 3- Holly, and Ch. 4-Back to Maya... -Making up these names on the spot- You get the idea). These characters will also interact with each other.
Now since these students are not potty trained, they will have accidents a lot, that means all types. Wetting, Messing, and all the sorts in between. I'll put what that chapter contains in the start as a sort of warning if you want to avoid certain subjects. There will also be 18+ topics and I'll put a warning on that too.
Finally, this story will explore more of the DL part of ABDL. If I can, I'll try to fit in some adult baby stuff, but I don't see it too realistic as to what my vision for this is.
Alright that's what I have so far! If you want to see this put into action let me know. I feel really inspired to this idea. I'll probably write a pilot chapter just to test out the feel of it, but if you have any ideas for what you want in any chapter, tell me! I'll make it happen. I'd also really appreciate anybody sharing this to your ABDL friends as I don't have much of a following and I would want to know I'm writing to people who actually enjoy the story!
