honestly the thing I hate most about Dave Filoni is that he always lets his favouritism for different characters ruin stuff, like i understand that he wants to concentrate ahsoka and that the series is ABOUT HER as a protagonist, but it also makes no sense not having characters that story wise would be highly involved in the story. Like if he was a good storyteller he would have been able to include characters without casting shadows on others.
FACT: The Ahsoka series didn't have Luke Skywalker show up to help Ahsoka Tano and Sabine Wren because he could've easily ended Baylan Skoll and Shin Hati, preventing Sabine from making that dumbass mistake that allowed Thrawn's return to the GFFA.
