Quick Garlic Aioli - Side Dish Add garlic, lemon juice, and cayenne pepper to store-bought mayonnaise to create a flavorful dipping sauce. Before serving, let it chill for an hour to let the flavors meld.
I tried to make an aioli with my hand mixer- it broke immediately, then I found out how to fix it. It breaks cause the mixer was too fast, so the solution is to start a new yolk and whisk by hand :)
