Curry- Sojageschnetzeltes mit Kokossoße

ich habe dieses wunderbare Rezept auf http://www.chefkoch.de gefunden.
Es ist von dem User bini64.
Ich habe es auch schon ausprobiert und meine Testesser und ich waren begeistert.
Ein kleines Highlight für Vegetarier.
Die Wörter in den eckigen Klammern sind meine Abwandelungen.

Zutaten
2 Zwiebel(n)
4 halbe Pfirsich(e), aus der Dose
1 Dose Kokosmilch
Currypulver
Gemüsebrühe, gekörnte
[Paprikapulver]
Salz und Pfeffer
Öl
Zubereitung
Das Sojageschnetzelte in eine Schüssel geben und mit heißer Gemüsebrühe übergießen, sodass es bedeckt ist. 15-20 Minuten quellen lassen.
Währenddessen die Zwiebeln in [kleine Würfel] schneiden, im heißen Öl anbraten, dabei mit reichlich Curry bestäuben.
Die kleingeschnittenen Pfirsiche kurz mitbraten, dann alles aus der Pfanne nehmen.
Das eingeweichte Sojageschnetzelte abtropfen lassen, im heißen Öl anbraten (aufgrund des Feuchtigkeitsgehalts dauert das eine Weile), dieses auch mit Curry bestäuben, mit der Kokosmilch ablöschen.
Die Zwiebel-Pfirsich-Mischung wieder dazugeben, noch einmal aufkochen lassen und alles mit Salz, Pfeffer, Curry, [Brühe und Paprikapulver] abschmecken.
Mein Tipp : Basmati Reis dazu !
