Parker Collage!!!
Doing digital collages is a lot of fun!! And I love Parker
Reasons for why I added things below the cut, and link to the playlist I made this the cover of
Blood and Sand poster, since I like to believe Parker watched it with Arthur.
the middlemost drink on the bottom right corner, is the Blood and Sand drink. The drink Parker got for Arthur.
The other drink that's closer to the border, is a old fashioned whiskey. I got confused, and referenced a Jarthur fic instead of a Parker fic, and I can't get rid of it.
Mooncakes on a plate, while it is a reference to Parker being most likely chinese, it's a reference to a fic, where Parker shares some with Arthur and Faroe. (Under the Moon by TheWallsHaveEars)
The sketch of a red man wrestling, was just a reference to his fighting spirit, and the common hc that he does wrestling.
The filmstrip is a call tothe decade, and I think he'd like movies. Every image in it is their on purpose. Listed top to bottom:
Can't really see it, but it's a ravine a call to the bedrock symbolism
Two men hanging out in a bar, like Parker and Arthur did.
Two men almost kissing while dancing/embracing (Parker is gay for Arthur)
A bar fight, Parker is the more aggressive of the two
A man smoking. I hc that Parker smokes, and he uses a smoke break to leave a social interaction alone with Arthur.
Again can't really see it, but it's a piano.
The other poster looking thing is a cigarette ad, again hc smoker.
Boxing gloves, some people think hc be boxes. Again he's the fighter
The green flowers, are green carnations. A covert symbol for homosexuality.
Art by Leyendecker, a man suspected for being gay. Also these 2 guys have the casual companionship vibe, Parkthur gives off.
I tried to make it look like they scratched their initials in the wood A + P.
Oscar Collage!!

Broken cross to symbolize his loss in faith.
Doily underneath it for purity, and innocence
Alcohol underneath it because unfortunately he's an alchoholic
Stained glass window just for some catholic church symboligy
The tower on the left is supposed to be reminiscent of the tower Alexander was holed up in
Lace curtain also for purity, and innocence. Stained red, because despite Oscar being a very well meaning kind man he sees himself as violent.
Axe for the one Arthur used to chop off his arm. Unstained because to Oscar, Arthur's hands are bloodless, more pure than him. Blood coming off it, since it did make Oscar bleed.
Hammer for the hammer Oscar killed McKenna with. Bloody hand prints, since he sees himself as violent.
Blood pooling from the top, for his shame.
Faroe's Collage!!
As per usual playlist link, and reasoning below the cut
The hand reaching is supposed to be Arthur's pre-canon, you can interpret it as either reaching for the music box, or reaching for Faroe.
The music box, it's supposed to be THE Music Box, the one in the podcast. the one she was buried with.
The faucet is just to clearly show this is supposed to be a bathtub
The stickers, and doodles in the back are to make it childish, Faroe was just a young little girl.
The scenes below the water, are memories. One's that are now tainted by her death or impossible.
There's a photo of a father dancing with a young toddler. That's supposed to be Arthur dancing with Faroe
Just below that is a little girl collecting flowers, that's Faroe in the park.
and below that is a mother greeting her child. This is a memory that could've happened had Bella survived.
The painting on the bottom right is Ophelia based off of The Lady of Shalott, I thank Morgs for giving some info on the poem. A lady cursed to die if she left her tower leaves, and floats down a river to her love, and dies before she arrives.
Above that is a bridge, from a Claude Monet picture. It's supposed to be the bridge at the park
And jut above that is scene from a picture book the The Three Billy Goats Gruff. Faroe's favorite fairytale
Lastly on the top right, is someone playing the piano. It was important to both of their lives.
John Doe Collage!!
Regal boy
Reasonings and playlist under the cut
The main centerpiece is a gold birdcage holding a sun, on a pedestal. John is trapped within Arthur.
He is also the sun, a brilliant powerful object. still confined
he puts himself on a pedestal, as does the KiY put him on a different pedestal.
The background is kintsugi, the japanese practice of mending pottery with gold. John is both broken, fixed, and gold
On either side of the cage is a mask, and a crown. Both symbols of the KiY.
The eyes, and hand are from a gorgeous painting, that is very John coded, Eyes by Karl Sisson
The Kiss by Gustav Klimt is included, because it has become a staple of the Malevolent fandom, and I find it's a good representation of him.
Two wolves on the left, because in my brain he is very very wolf coded.
He is framed by a gold frame, as a call back to the golden framed mirror that led them to the KiY, and The Dreamlands.
Theirs's bugs on the frame, since I find him very insect coded. I wish I could choose better symbolic bugs, but it's hard to get good images. I do have a poison dart frog, which symbolises his obvious toxicity.
Kayne's Collage!!
His playlist, and collage reasonings below the cut
the piano keys on either side of the collage, show the key placements of Faroe's Waltz (thanks @morbid248) a completely non-diegetic (the characters can't actually hear it) aside from one time Kayne played a short section of it. This idea is inspired by The Final Fantasmagorie video on the music of Malevolent. The piano is glitching since it's suppose to also symbolize the other universes, and how Kayne has control of them.
Glittery smile stickers, for his constant humour, and extremely enthusiastic demeanor.
Dance steps, since he's constantly moving, and in some ways he's dancing with Arthur and the narrative.
The hand with the coin, is a symbol of his coin, the one that summoned him.
The bloody censored hand is because he's a gorey guy.
the cards, and dice, is a tribute to the fact he put a wager on Arthur & John, he likes the gamble, and uncertainty. And the gamble of the Patreon votes, that he references
The gold dagger, is the one he gave Arthur.
the trippy duplicated faces in the background are for his general chaos, and that Nyarlathotep is referenced as The God of Many Forms, he has millions of faces
King in Yellow's Collage!!
I should really stop avoiding doing Arthur's. ANyway reasonings and playlist link under the cut
A theatre, because the book The King in Yellow is a screenplay
The masks of comedy and tragedy since he does reside over performance, and masks are very his thing.
The vague figures on the "stage" are distorted dancers. He has a squadron of dancers, and madness distorts things.
Three crowns to symbolize him and his 2 separate selves, Yellow & John. John's crown is on the left, Yellow is on the right.
A crowd since he does have a cult, and to have a play and a cult you need an audience and cultists.
Of course the Yellow Sign, Hastur's symbol.
Gold jewelry since he's the eldritch entity of decadence.
Now on the top, tendrils to represent the tendrils of his cloak.
And several colored moons to represent the moons he represents and The Dreamlands.

Darkthur's Collage!!
Kind of not a character but I have a playlist for him so he gets one. This is also the more fucked up parts of Arthur, Darkthur is just when those traits take over.

The painting, or paper cut out I'm not sure, is supposed to symbolize his transformation into something monstrous. No longer human anymore.
Those arms where supposed to be chained, but I couldn't find any, I do like the interpretation of freedom. Those are supposed to symbolize no matter which arm of Arthur's i cut off one of them is going to be trapped (especially in my interpretation/au)
The hands are reaching for a wolf's jaw because I think Darkthur reaches for violence for comfort. Don't have to worry about morals, if you're irredeemably fucked up, don't have to worry about real world problems if you kill first ask questions never.
The flesh man on the right, is supposed to symbolize his cannibalism, and cannibalistic instinct. This is mostly how Darkthur in my mind is also a representation of the traits that led Arthur to eat Faust.
A fuck ton of blood, since he is known for his violence, and murdering.
The gold blood is supposed to by ichor, the blood of the gods. In most Darkthur interpretations he chops of John's hand, making a god bleed. (in my interpretation/au the ichor is more metaphorical)
Footprints in the background to symbolize the stalking of an animal, he is a hunter.
A gun since that's the only weapon we know he canonically has used.
A knife since, it's a convenient weapon. You can reach for it easily, and it's in a kitchen. a Household weapon designed, and twisted fro violence.
A rusty axe, as a call back to the time a man cut off his own head with a rusty axe. Pure debauched violence
My interpretation/au (emphasis on AU since I don't think this would be canon) for Darkthur is that the arm is still John's. Somehow Arthur got right arm cut off. The difference for others Darkthur's is that he manipulates John to kill people. He promises John that if he kills this person, he'll get the Arthur he loved when they go to bed, or just next time they have a break. Is really is fuckde up toxic yoai in this one. (highkey inspired by In My Room by Insane Clown Posse)
The barbed wire is more sharp stuff, and it's meant to keep stuff out or in. Darkthur is probably more closed off, he doesn't let people in. He also might try to keep his violence inside.
