When IT IS TIME for bed, try to set your alarms/do anything you need on devices first, so that you can put it down and not look at it until tomorrow. BRUSH YOUR TEETH and (if you are not in a rush to sleep) FLOSS!! IF you don't take showers in the morning you should before you go to bed!! PUT ON some CLEAN pjs!
