honestly...... yeah..... no recipe for a lot. This is a fun mental exercise because it turns out it's more than I though. I have a good meatloaf recipe I don't bother looking at instructions for anymore I can throw that together and have it done in an hour two dairy based soups and two variations of a beef stew from memory. Those are easy to adjust up. Starchy sides are EASY I could literally do anything from potatoes to a noodle with cheese sauce. I make a gravy so good that my stepdad's boss at a potluck said he wanted to lick his plate after having it. Hazard of the fact that I ended up the designated household cook at 15 for a group of 4 (5th was a baby and doesn't count). It's to the point where I could throw a LOT of food together quickly if I had to for a large crowd. I've literally been the Thanksgiving and Christmas cook since I was like 17 and have a lot of that memorized.
