I dont know why but I keep forgetting what a tragedy BBC merlin is as a show like I'm not used to shows ending as a tragedy I'm sorry and I only remembered it rt now cuz of a fanfic

I think it's just the optimist in me or because I ignore my life problems by obsessing over shows so I can't help but NEED a happy ending but shit everything in this show is so dam depressing and here I am clinging to the words of a basement lizard that arthur will return again when for all I know he could have lied so that merlin wouldnt kill himself and YET I needed those words cuz if the show just ended with him dying I would not be able to recover from it but I need the hope so in a way for once basement lizard was actually helpful

All this to say merlin was a masterpiece but I still need a season 6 regardless like I NEED TO KNOW HE COMES BACK

They will come back - come back again, even though Netflix destroys. We never wasted fanfic, art or memes. Do you think We would squander our boys?

“Love to see Neil Gaiman failing” HE DIDN’T FUCKING CREATE THIS SHOW

He had absolutely nothing to do with it, he didn’t write the comics it was based on or work on the show, he created a couple characters over 35 years ago and that was it

Stop giving him credit for shit he didn’t do, he is constantly being credited for other creators work, he doesn’t deserve any of that

Toby Litt wrote the comics that got adapted into a show by Steve Yockey and Beth Schwartz, those are the people who deserve credit

thinking about Netflix's recent decision, and I genuinely reckon that if Stranger Things were to be released now, it would be canned after one season too. It's hard to generate a large follower base when a show doesn't even have its production company's support, but Netflix has proven that there is a market for YA, sci-fi, and fantasy. Shows like that just need the promotion and dedication they used to receive. By abandoning so many projects early on, they're just shooting themselves in the foot...
