but there were several giant problems with the movie
the giantest of which was casting benedict cumberbatch as khan
and simultaneously undoing YEARS or progress towards racial equality
Khan will always be my favorite incarnation of the character
him and his racially diverse crew of genetically enhanced superhumans
they were the frightening incarnation of nietzsche's Ubermench
not some angsty violent man seeking revenge for a wrong that was recently committed
(at least -khan had this long-term undying vengance thing going on
