It's a Javier Pena fic, basic premise is an enemies to lovers where reader gives him a kiss for every pill he has to take after he gets shot, and by the end...!!!! has all the best tropes guys seriously I love it. it's called 'Ten days" just search javier pena and the title, you'll find it.
