Heyyyy I feel like Scythe Morrison is under-appreciated that may just be my obsession with him though. Anyways do you agree or not?

think about writing about my scythe au that exists all because I wanted to Morrison a backstory and then got out of hand... IDK if I will I struggle at getting my stories wrote because I imagine them in a more movie like(??) format. Also it would be angsty and posted on my alt acc @operation-crying-raven.
Im horrible at directions and social interaction so imagine if I glean someone outside of their home and have to ask where their family is so I can give them immunity.
I feel like being a scythe would be really difficult with social anxiety. Like, I'm supposed to just go up to people and kill them?? I can't even start a conversation with a stranger! I feel like I'd always be like "hey um sorry to bother you can I glean you please? It's okay if you say no I understand..."

I have a list of books and series im following that just give me so much gender euphoria it’s crazy. Like it makes me feel so validated and just happy for no reason- I also won’t be explaining why they do. Anyways here are some of the stuff:

Honestly, Scythe Rand getting cockblocked by Scythe Goddard made me laugh so hard, but then I wanted to hug Rand, but then I laughed again when Scythe Brahms offered himself to her and she slammed the door in his face.
I love Scythe Rand so much cause she’s just like me, except I can’t kill people when I get rejected or angry...
look, its been like a week since I finished The Toll. I even started A Sky Beyond the Storm yesterday. But I’m still thinking about Rowan’s ending. No doubt he is my favorite character from the series, and my heart completely breaks when I think of him
Rowan started his journey as an empathetic character. He wanted to provide inspiration to artists like death inspired those in the Mortal-Age. He was filled with love. He went to see Tyger whenever he splat. Rowan held the hand of the high school bully because no one deserved to die alone and afraid.
Then Goddard got his hands on Rowan and twisted him into a weird shape. He tried to make Rowan into another Goddard. While Goddard didn’t succeed it did turn Rowan’s optimism into nihilism. Rowan in The Toll actually reminded me of the quote Kaz said in Crooked Kingdom.
“When everyone knows you’re a monster, you needn’t waste time doing every monstrous thing.”
Rowan is so tired by the time The Toll comes around. The whole world hates him. Rowan doesn’t even try to defend himself when talking to Constantine.
The only thing he cared out by the end was Citra. And then she just dies! And he had to wait 177 years to be with her again!!!!! And the way his last line was “only a moment ago”. Because for Rowan his life stopped after Citra died. He was alive, but he wasn’t living.
Ok so I finally got round to reading Scythe
And the thing is, Rowan starts off with such a crazy high empathy level. Like, he's there for his friend who keeps splatting. He gets himself electrocuted just so he can hold a stranger's hand as he dies. Even that night at the opera his first instinct is to leave the best seat to whoever else is coming. And seeing what he's become at the end of the book, seeing what Goddard made him... That shit broke me, man.
i wonder if part of curie's dislike for rowan stems from her seeing herself in him. rowan's gleanings are, really, no worse than anything any other scythe does, except that his gleanings are not socially sanctioned. we know curie feels she deserves retribution for her reckless gleanings as a young adult, and "young person desperate to rid the world of corrupt politicians" describes her past actions as much as rowan's present ones...
