Small Art Update
I will Now be Changing the Background Color for all my art from #727272 Grey to #884E94 Purple from now on, I just want some more color in my art and purple is my fav :P
In the end I couldn't resist the urge to draw a Country!Miku like everyone else is doing in that trending art meme. 👀 So get ready to see my take on Uruguay!Miku soon! 😆🌞 (Drawing her on horseback is proving to be difficult but very entertaining, lol! 🤣).
I love that the two genres of 'miku from my culture' posts are 'beautiful intricate traditional clothing' and 'what if miku was a regular at the gas station by my house'

here is an older test I worked on ages ago Overall my "daytime " shading improved, meanwhile my older version of "strong light at night" is better than the new one (even if the blur is a tad excessive) I think what i really need to do is improve the method i do to draw hair. It is an archaic and outdated version of how i drew hair back when i was still a new artist where i just kinda winged it rather than planning the sections of hair. overall: this hair design is not terrible. it is mid at worst. If this character were in a silly cartoon it would be serviceable But the problem goes when I actually want to shade hair glints on the hair, because shading the hair glints actually require me to understand the form of the hair and how it works.
If you look at this image, its very clear where the shines of the hair are. They are ususally facing the same direction and they have a consistent flow. I painted the hair glints blue so that you understand what i mean better. Anyways, when you want to APPLY that to a more cartoony hair like this hair, its hard because the hair design I use tends to be more chaotic and has less form due to me not taking the hair shape in relation to the skull into account when designing the hair. so:
New goal
Re-design the hair so it is both anatomically correct but also remains cartoony. the hair is made up of bangs, base, and sideburns/side cut. If i could make an easy to understand science with this, then perhaps i can design a better and faster method to make hair. Stay tuned folks!

So I didn't work on that vampire thing today but I assure you my time was well spent (lying through my teeth) (wait actually I'm not. I had to take care of my step sibs today cause my dad went to the ER again. Oop)
Anywho I made some Neural Blender things. I'll make a separate post for that

So, I've actually been putting off answering this ask for a good while due to some low self esteem issues when it comes to the type of art that I've been making and what I've been up to. So! When it comes to personal Projects I've began work on a series of paintings sort of representing my feelings about what it's like to figure out that you're trans. Currently I only have two sketches one of which I will be censoring for viewer degression. The first image being something I would like to keep to view interpretation. The second is a nude self portrait because fuck you I can do what I want.
I've also been working on some pinups of one of my character's, mostly because I'm bored and partially because I want to improve at my proportions. My current goal when it comes to my artwork as we speak is just to improve and get better.
I've also been hard at work on some commissions and other projects which will be displayed once they're finished. A while ago I made a first page for a comic that I wanted to make about two priests entering a liminal horror cathedral of sorts. I want to go back to making that comic when the time comes, but I feel as if I've been sitting on a mountain of comics/graphic novel short stories for a very long time and I want to be able to actually get them released and Published when I can. Thank you all for being so patient with my bullshit, I will be posting more art soon I promise, life has gotten easier and harder in many ways and the next time I start work on something I will let yall know.
