i love christmas but it is so nerve wracking as someone who has struggled with food and body image for years and when i’m home it’s even more nerve wracking because i’m always surrounded by people making little comments about my appearance “you shouldn’t eat out so much etc etc or even just comments on how my body has changed as if i’m not already incredibly fucking aware idk ig it just makes me sad that everything i do is marred by how loud other people are in ther comments about me i hate how i cant just ignore it like every comment festers rosa shut up challenge
