Baker's Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey; aged 8 years 6 months, most whiskeys aged that long have a really strong oaky taste but not this one. This whiskey has an incredible taste. The nose on this is awesome (lightly charred oak and carmel), beautiful rich color, and traces well on the glass. The proof can vary slightly, but this one is 107 proof. Full body which finishes well across the entire tongue. Nothing to do with the taste experience but isn't that a cool bottle cap
