hi!! ur mornings with u with wonu fic is so so so sweet ahhhh 😭😭 i was wondering if you’d be open to writing a seungkwan version? i hope this is okay to ask!!
to love to the point of invention | boo seungkwan

fluff | 574 words | food mention: a lot of tangerines
an: fren i’m so sorry this took awhile!! you must understand i wrote two entirely different drabbles and then made @bluehoodiewoozi choose 😔🫶 thank u for reading the wonu fic!! hope you enjoy this one too 👉👈
wonu ver. | coups ver.
a weekend trip to jeju-do meant that your little apartment was now stocked up with a whole carton of tangerines enough to last you a whole month. naturally, you’ve learned to get creative with it. cake, sorbet, marmalade– you name it, you’ve probably already done it.
maybe that’s why you’ve resorted to scrolling through pinterest for ideas. all you’ve found so far are just even more variants of the aforementioned desserts.
sorbet.
cake.
marmalade.
repeat.
you sigh, looking up from your spot in the kitchen. seungkwan’s seated on the sofa, nose buried deep in a book he bought at the jeju airport before your flight back earlier this morning. it may have been 4pm now, but his hair is still a little mussed from accidentally taking a nap in the plane earlier. you giggle to yourself, inwardly cooing over how your boyfriend looks like a teddy bear.
oh. a light bulb dings in your mind.
this time, you carefully carve out a little bear head, arms and feet out of the peel. it sticks out of the tangerine like a little round teddy bear.
“seungkwan!”
the pitter-patter of your feet causes him to look up from his book, nestled comfortably on the sofa. setting aside the book, he gestures you to take a seat next to him.
you tuck in your legs under you on the sofa, all while balancing a plate with your hands. the sweet scent of tangerines flood his senses. you’re grinning at him, proudly showing off your latest work of art as you extend the plate towards him.
“is that a bear?” you nod enthusiastically.
he tilts his head as he takes the plate from you, rotating it and examining the poor tangerine from all angles. he scrunches his nose and frowns, much like a highly-established critic judging actual artworks. it doesn’t take long for him to break out into a grin as big as yours.
he holds the tangerine-bear to his face. “how is it? do we match?”
“100%!”
“aigo, our y/nnie is such a talented artist!!” he balances the plate on one hand, swinging his free arm around you to pull you into a hug.
“–eek!”
the sudden momentum causes you both to fall back on the sofa, you landing on top of him. it’s a miracle that the plate hasn’t spilled over, you think.
your little yelp draws a giggle from seungkwan, and soon enough, you’re both doubled over with laughter.
laughter finally bubbling down, you pull yourself away from seungkwan’s cozy embrace. you take the plate from seungkwan and set it down on the coffee table in front of you.
“did you like it?”
he leans in to plant a peck on your cheek. “it’s adorable. i love it.”
“great, because i made like five more in the kitchen!”
his jaw comically drops at your words, and it only serves to make you laugh even harder. instead, he chooses to wipe your diabolical grin with a kiss, effectively silencing you. he grabs onto your waist, pulling you in once again as he leaned back down on the sofa. wrapping your arms around his neck, you can only succumb to his addictive lips as they chase after yours fervorously.
is this what they call to ‘love to the point of invention’? you shrug off such a silly thought. surely that’s not marvel enough to be called an invention of love.
maybe you’ll try making tanghulu tomorrow.
fever dream | boo seungkwan

fluff | 894 words | food mention: soup
an: chanting rite of passage rite of passage nsnsjsjwjz here’s a sick fic
there are three things that come into seungkwan’s mind the moment he opens his eyes:
everything is too loud and piercing at the same time.
he must be dying because an angel is sitting right next to him.
the warm damp cloth on his forehead needs to be yeeted off immediately.
“good morning!”
contrary to your calming angelic presence, your cheery voice causes him to wince, way too bright for his current state. he moans, grunts escaping him as he tries to sit up. your hands rush to support him, pulling him up and adjusting his pillows to make him more comfortable.
it takes a while for him to remember his current predicament– he’s hot and he’s cold (god, he wishes he’s yes and he’s no), and his skin feels sticky all over. it doesn’t help that the pounding on his head seemed to worsen the longer he looked straight too.
seungkwan rubs his temple, attempting to soothe the headache. “ugh…what time is it?”
“it’s a little past 2pm.” you’re in his swivel chair, laptop sitting abandoned on the study table by the bed. removing the damp cloth, you give him a little pat on the head. his eyebrow shoots up, as if to question how you got into his room in the first place.
“jeonghan called me saying you’re sick. are you feeling any better now?”
ah, so it was the devil in disguise that sent an angel from heaven. seungkwan starts to nod, only to immediately wince when the throbbing got worse. you shoot him a look of pity, standing up from your seat.
“you haven’t eaten yet, right?” you’re walking closer to him, replacing the cloth on his forehead with the back of your hand. a frown appears when you realise his fever hasn’t gone down one bit.
“gosh, you’re so hot!”
“only for you, baby.” his poor attempt at a wink is met with a deadpan face of your own, as you scrunch your nose at his reply.
“let’s get some food in you, yeah? then you can get some medicine.”
he watches as you disappear out of the room. seungkwan slumps back into his plush pillows, feeling only slightly better than he was this morning.
it’s not that he wasn’t grateful for your presence. he just wasn’t expecting it. you had only been dating for a month, after all– he just wasn’t used to having you at his weakest.
nonetheless, he’s never been more thankful for your presence when you return, bowls carefully balanced on a tray. his stomach chooses this exact moment it let out a grumble; seungkwan flushes a slightly fever-induced red while you giggle.
“soup,” you declare, setting his bowl down in front of him. you place yours on the study table, and he murmur a quick thanks before eating. you watch seungkwan for a moment, content with watching him eat before you touch your own.
it’s a little odd for you to experience a subdued seungkwan completely unlike his normal boisterous self. however, that doesn’t stop the light conversation that fills the table as you both eat your dinner.
his still-emerging fever fogs up his brain, so he opts to just listen to you ramble about your day instead. you laugh when he tells you how the soup warms his chest, getting rid of whatever chills he still had clinging on. seungkwan sighs in relief as the soup soothes his unexpectedly sore throat, prompting another chuckle. you push the box of tissues closer to him when you hear seungkwan start sniffling again.
he’s done with his bowl before you are, and you make sure he downs all of the medicine.
(he’s a little surprised at the assortment of medicine you present him with.
“wha- since when did we have all these?”
“i dropped by the pharmacy first just in case! but kwan, you should really stock up on your medicine cabinet.” your frown of disapproval could not get any cuter.)
no really, seungkwan thinks he’s been blessed by an angel. he’s settled back in bed by the time you return from putting away the dishes, re-opening your laptop. he watches you work for a moment, letting the clicking sound of your keyboard lull him back to sleep.
“thanks for coming, y/n.”
you pause, looking away from your screen. seungkwan has a dopey smile gracing his high cheeks, and you can see him physically fight the urge to succumb to the drowsy medicine.
your hand reaches out to comb through his hair. his fever’s gotten down slightly, you note. pushing his bangs up, you lean in to press a faint kiss on his forehead.
“go to sleep, kwan. i’ll be here until your roommate gets back, alright?” gosh, how did he get so lucky?
the gentle rhythm of your touch slowly pushes him back into a dreamless sleep.
he thinks he might love you.
his sickness-ridden brain doesn’t realise that he’s said that out loud. your hand falters slightly at his words, but only barely.
it doesn’t take long for seungkwan to fall back asleep, the slow rise and fall of his chest and his soft snores a clear indicator. you can’t pull your hand back– his hand somehow found itself tightly intertwined with yours.
it’s a little bit harder to do your work now, but that’s okay. you think you might love him too.

People his age were graduating from college, were getting into a groove of the 9-5 routine, and were starting to plan out the rest of their lives. This meant that for some people his age, hell, some even younger, were starting to settle down and have kids.
Of course, Seungkwan doesn't take his life for granted. If anything, he is extremely blessed to be able to have all these opportunities. It was a rocky start for Seungkwan and his members, his brothers. Yet, they preserved to reach their goal of being a group of 13 dedicated individuals who were singing their hearts out for the crowd.
There was just one part of Seungkwan's life that he was missing - you. You had been such a constant in his life until you guys mutually decided to end things.
Letting you go was one of the hardest thing's Seungkwan had to do in his life. He just felt frustrated that he couldn't be there for you, that in some way, he has been letting you down. All around him, he saw friends around him making huge milestones with their significant others. It made him feel even worse. He felt like he couldn't be the partner you deserved, and that in some way he was holding you back from being the happiest version of yourself.
But since you walked away, he felt even worse. It was like there was a blackhole in his life depleting him of any joy he could potentially feel. Every award won, he wanted to be able to celebrate with you. He wanted to tell you about all the exciting opportunities lining up for him, or all the funny stories of all the members. He just couldn't bring himself to pick up the phone and call you in case you didn't pick up. He would understand, of course, if you never wanted to hear from him again.
Maybe in another lifetime you guys could've made it worse. Or maybe someday, they'll invent time travel so he can travel back to warn the past version of himself not to make the biggest mistake he could ever make.
"Are you sure you don't want to come out with us?" Jeonghan asked. "Yeah, I'm sure. I've been thinking about my bed since we left the company," Seungkwan responded back.
Normally, Jeonghan would have teased Seungkwan and tried convincing him to come out. However, being the one that lives with Seungkwan, he got to see how bad this breakup was affecting him, even more than he wanted to let on to the others. Jeonghan didn't like the idea of leaving Seungkwan home alone when he was this upset, but he also respected his wishes.
"Text if you need anything," he stated. He was very protective of one of his youngest brothers.
Seungkwan flashed a gentle smile before turning to retreat back to his bedroom for the remainder of the night. Yes, he wanted to be in his bed, but he wanted to just be alone with his thoughts. Maybe he could try to come up with a way to get you to take him back? Maybe he could find the courage to text you, just to see how you're doing?
Once in his room, Seungkwan locked the door. He slid off the blue button up sweater he had on. He shivered slightly from the difference in air temperature once he was left only in a white t-shirt. Slowly, he shuffled over towards his dresser. Might as well get comfortable for the rest of the night. He took off his belt followed by his baggy, ripped jeans and replaced the denim with black sweatpants.
He then proceeded to flop on his bed. One hand rested on his chest, the other running through his head. His feet were dangling over the edge of the bed. Staring up at the ceiling, he still thought of you. Were you happy? Were you eating and taking care of yourself? Were you seeing someone else?
The thought of you moving on to someone else pained him. While you were dating, Seungkwan didn't think much of the future. What he enjoyed most of the relationship was living in the moment with you. With an unpredictable lifestyle like his, he never wanted to make promises that could easily be broken. Your care-free personality made it easy to welcome unexpected changes to plans.
Now that you two were a thing of the past, the future was all he could think about. He didn't even get the chance to introduce you to his family back in Jeju yet he knew he wanted everything with you. He wanted to move into an apartment with you, find out what little habits you have and what your routines looked like. He wanted to plan getaways together where you explore a new place. Seungkwan knew eventually he wanted to get down on one knee and ask you to be his forever. Now, that might be far into the future, but he knew you were his end game one way or another.
Why didn't I just talk things out with her? Why did I push her away?
His thoughts were interrupted by a knock on the door which caused him to groan. It was probably Jeonghan trying his luck again to get him to go out. He sat up, his left knee bending to rest on the bed.
"Hyung, I told you no. Leave me alone, ok?"
There was a moment of silence after Seungkwan spoke. Wow, Seungkwan finally found a way to get Jeonghan to admit defeat. There was a first thing for everything.
"Want me to go even if it isn't Jeonghan?"
Seungkwan froze completely. He was about to lay back down in his bed, allow himself to be absorbed back into his thoughts, but he couldn't bring himself to do it. There is no way he can go back to what he was doing if he just heard correctly. There is no way it was you. It couldn't be.
He let out a shaky breath, praying that he heard incorrectly. Maybe it was just his mind playing tricks on him again? There was on time he was performing and he thought it was you in the crowd. He just needed to get more sleep. Not until though he got closure who was standing outside of his door.
Every one and while, his step caused the floor to creak. A sign that there was life in his bedroom and not just an empty. He reached his front door, looking at it for a moment.
You're just imagining things, Seungkwan. It really is just Jeonghan or one of the other guys trying their best to get you to join them.
"Jeonghan, seriously, it's not funny. Just go-" Seungkwan spoke as he opened the door.
It wasn't Jeonghan standing behind the door. It was you. You stood there, almost as if you were unsure why you were standing there yourself. Your gaze was locked on the door in front of you, so the moment the door open, you were staring at each other. "Jeonghan invited me," you said softly. "I really hope that is ok. I didn't know if it was a good idea or not, so I can just go." "I'm not letting you walk out a second time."
You both seemed surprised by the words that left his lips. You couldn't help but smile in satisfaction at his response. While Seungkwan was flipping out in his mind. He knew he meant what he said, but nothing prepared him for this exact moment.
Slowly, Seungkwan opened bedroom door to allow you in. He stepped to the side, so you could step in. Knowing the house was empty, he kept the door open. He didn't want you to feel though you were forced to talk to him. Sure, you still came on your own accord but Seungkwan was very aware you could leave at any moment. Maybe this was all a dream that he would wake up from?
You seemed to float into his room. Almost like you were magical. You were magic in his eyes. He watched as you entered his room and took a spot at the edge of the bed. He began to replay the memories of other times you've entered his bedroom - after date nights, coming home from the airport, sleepovers. He hesitated at first. Should he sit beside you? Should he remain standing?
"Is this too awkward?" You asked. You fiddled with your fingers as you looked at him. "I can just go, Seungkwan. I mean, I thought maybe this could be a good idea? But I'm starting to think it's not." Before he could even speak, he rushed over to join you on the bed. He sat to your left-hand side. His eyes were trained on you, not wanting to make you uncomfortable and feel overcrowded but also wanted to reassure you that this is what he wanted, what he needed. "No, no, angel. I'm still just surprised you're even here. Sorry, I don't want you to think I don't want you here," he confessed. "I do gotta ask. Why are you here?"
Truth be told, you weren't sure where why you showed up. You never thought you would be back here. Of course, you and Seungkwan did not end up on bad terms. Maybe there was a part of you holding onto hope that things would work out. And hearing from Jeonghan that Seungkwan has been struggling was enough to push you to come over.
"I just wanted to know that you are alright," you admitted.
Seungkwan couldn't help but smile at that sentiment. She still cares about me. He never thought this moment would come. Truthfully, he never even thought you two would cross paths again. He figured he blew any chances of getting back together when he called quits. He wouldn't blame you either.
"Honestly? I'm not okay. I haven't been okay since you left," Seungkwan confessed.
No turning back now. To be honest, Seungkwan didn't realize what he had said until it was already out there. He needed to backup his claims, really show that he meant what he said. He had to make sure you knew how genuine he was. "Look," he began. He grabbed your hand gently. He glanced at you to make sure that what he decided to do was okay. When you didn't pull your hand away, he allowed his thumb to caress your knuckles gently. Seungkwan never thought he would get to be this close to you again. God, I've missed her.
"I let you go because I thought it was best for you. I cannot be the man you need because of my life. Sure, I love the days we spend together but I feel like I spend far too many days without you than with you. I want you to live a happy life, angel. You deserve to have someone who can commit a hundred percent, who you can make a life with rather than follow around. Y/n, I want you to have everything you've ever wanted."
Your eyes were wide. You were looking at him. Not saying anything. Seungkwan wasn't expecting you to respond right away. If you did, he knew that you might reject what he said. However, he also wasn't anticipating the silent between the two of you. The tension in the room was so thick, he felt like he was suffocating.
Please, y/n. Say something.
"Seungkwan," you breathed out. "You've got to be kidding me, right?"
He thought he was about to encounter his worst dream. Instead, he was taken back by sudden movement beside him. Your hand slipped out of his only to be replaced by putting your hands on his shoulders. You moved over from beside him to into his lap, straddling his lap.
Once you were situated, you moved one hand from his shoulder to cup his face. Your thumb ran over his cheek as you gazed into his eyes. He looked up at you like you were made out of diamonds. You have been and always will be the most precious person in his life. His hands situated themselves to hold your waist.
"I'm my happiest when I'm with you. I want you to be happy which is why I walked away. Not because you were right," you admitted. "Somehow, you convinced yourself that I needed to have life figured out right now, but Seungkwan, I don't. I want to figure it out with you though, whatever that looks like. I like that our love story is unequally ours." "But I can't give you weekly date nights, I can't give you a wedding right now." "Wait, what makes you think I want to get married right now?" "Baby, I saw the wedding invitation on your countertop a few weeks ago. You have friends reaching those big milestones but I can't give that to you quite yet because I'm not ready."
You frowned slightly at Seungkwa's words. Not in disappointment. You were saddened to hear that Seungkwan had all this built up frustration and self-doubt that led to you two breaking up.
"Oh, honey. I don't care if my other friends are getting married, having kids, or whatever else is expected out of adults. I just want us. I want us to weather each storm together, to grow up together," you affirmed. "I want you back."
That is all he needed to hear. In a swift movement, Seungkwan switched positions so you were lying on his bed. He grinned when you squealed in surprise. Your laughter was music to his ears. Your arms wrapped around his neck. He kept one hand on your side, the other holding him up. "How about I start making up for lost time?"
"Yeah, I think that's a good idea." You couldn't fight the smile that was curling wide in your lips. It was getting to the point your cheeks began to ache. You could care less. You were right where you wanted to be, where you've been craving.
Slowly, Seungkwan began lowering his face towards yours. His lips grazed yours. Goosebumps ran down your spine with excitement. His lips were about to fully press against when you heard someone clear their throat.
It caused you to jump for which Seungkwan popped up. He squeezed your hip reassuringly as he looked over his shoulder. Seungkwan let out a loud groan and had his head press against the pillow beside you once he saw who it was.
Jeonghan.
"I knew you two would get back together! I am a genius."
You couldn't help but laugh. You turned your head to press a kiss into Seungkwan's cheek.
You missed this.

After unlocking the front door, you pushed it open. The smell of your home always makes you feel relaxed. You couldn't quite describe the scent. It just smelled so good that your body was filled with nothing but warmth and contentment. All your worries from the workday were left outside the moment you stepped in.
You hooked your keys on the key holder. Your set was the only pair hanging which made you frown slightly. You were hoping Seungkwan had made it home from work a tad bit early, so you could see him sooner. However, seeing as it was already 6:50pm, you knew that he would arrive shortly.
An audible sigh left your lips as you slipped out of your high heels. Your feet screamed out in appreciation at feeling the floor beneath you. Even hardwood flooring was preferable to wearing high heels all day.
Finally being at home, you began to maneuver through your shared home. You smiled at the wall lined up with photos of not just you and Seungkwan over the years, but photos with family and friends. It's been a while since your home was filled with people. Maybe you two could throw a party soon? You dropped your purse on the couch before beginning to head towards the kitchen.
Seungkwan never placed expectations on you when it comes to household duties. His sisters and mother definitely raised him well in that regard. He much preferred splitting responsibilities equally, but always opting for the heavier duty stuff. And even if he couldn't do it on his own, he basically had a whole artillery of friends ready to call up.
Yet, you took joy in cooking for him. You always saw it as an act of love by cooking him a warm-cooked meal. Especially now that winter is starting to settle in, there was nothing better in your opinion than a dinner prepared by your significant other. Plus, it allowed you to shower him with affection sooner if you at least got started before you got home.
What was in the fridge?
With end-of-the-year projects, meetings, and requests - you and Seungkwan felt like you were being pulled at different ends. When you had a late night, it seemed like he was able to get off early, or vice versa. Most of the reaction over the past couple of days has resulted in groggy 'good mornings' and sleepy 'goodnight' kisses.
When the weekend comes, you both were unfortunately stuck putting in overtime at your respective jobs. It was rare over the past couple of days for you two to actually have an sat-down meal. That also meant that it has been a while since the two of you made a proper grocery store run rather than picking up instant ramen to make at home.
Let's see what I can come up with. Your hands reached behind you to put your hair in a low, messy bun. Your fingers gently grasped onto the handle of the fridge, opening it.
Your eyes scanned every shelf, every corner of the fridge. The two of you didn't have much besides every condiment you could think of, a few tangerines, and a carton of milk you questioned if it was still good to drink. It really has been a while.
"What am I going to do?" You murmured to yourself. There was nothing even salvageable to make a meal. You didn't even want it to be the best meal you've ever made. What you wanted was at least to do something nice for your Seungkwan.
"Honey? I'm home."
Speaking of which. A smile curled onto your lips at the sound of Seungkwan returning home. God, you've wanted to be in his arms all day since the moment you had to get up for work.
"In the kitchen!" You called back. Admitting defeat, you closed the refrigerator door.
From the other side of the house, you could hear shuffling. You knew Seungkwan was taking off his jacket and setting his keys, hearing the familiar jingle. Who knew something so simple as keys making noise could be the best sound in the world.
The movement from the front of the apartment made its way closer to you. Knowing that Seungkwan was home just filled your heart with happiness, with comfort. He has been a source of refuge, of unconditional love for you.
Once you heard the footsteps turn around, you looked over to see Seungkwan by the threshold of the kitchen. "There's my girl," he murmured. He immediately opened his arms for you. You could never turn a hug down from him. This time, you were the one shuffling along to reach him as quickly as possible.
Your arms immediately wrapped around his torso. You squeezed his body, almost reassuring yourself that your boyfriend had fully arrived home. He smiled at the sentiment but also was concerned. You normally welcome him home with a kiss before nestling yourself against you. Only on the rough days did you find yourself like this, just seeing the comfort of his hugs.
Seungkwan didn't hesitate. His arms found themselves around you. He felt release a soft sigh into his neck. Oh, today was a bad day.
His arms ran up and down your back affectionately, just holding you close. "Do you want to talk about it, honey?" You shook your head. He knew better than press you too hard. When you were ready, you would fill him in. For now, if this is all you needed, then that's what you got.
He pressed a gentle kiss to the side of your head before dropping his lips to hover over your ear. "I brought takeout home," he whispered.
You never removed yourself from him so fast. You spun around, but stood right in front of you. Seungkwan chuckled as he wrapped his arms around you from behind, his chin resting on your shoulder. Seeing the happiness wash of your face is all Seungkwan needed. "God, you're really the love of my life." You turned back to face Seungkwan. Your hands cupped his cheeks, gazing up into your eyes. "I just looked in the fridge to see we didn't have much to eat, so I wasn't sure what we were going to do for dinner." "Well have no fear, sweet girl. Your dinner has arrived," he winked.
You giggled at his antics. You eased up onto your tiptoes, planting a lingering kiss on his lips. His hands moved from your lower back to his side. He hummed lightly against your lips as he allowed his hands to rest on your hips.
"Go get settled, honey. The food is already in the living room. I figured we could watch a movie tonight? I can also open that bottle of red wine we bought ages ago."
He spoke your love language.
You nodded your head eagerly, giving him one last hug. Before you could detach yourself from him fully, you allowed your lips to press kisses into his skin. He started blushing profusely, almost trying to hide his face in your shoulder. Your giggles against his skin vibrated throughout his whole body. He was so in love with you.
"Baby please," he whined. "Alright, alright. I'll go!"
You were fully detached to migrate towards the food awaiting the two of you. He watched as you walked away, the smile unable to be wiped from his face. How did he get so lucky to be in this life with you?
He worked quickly to fetch the wine bottle chilling in the fridge. Seungkwan's perceptions of love were framed around the love he witnessed from his parents. He never believed he would get lucky enough to be blessed with such a love, but then you came along.
With the trusted wine opener, he was able to uncork the wine bottle rather quickly. The soft pop sounded in the air. He was surprised you didn't come running at the sound, but it made him happy knowing you were relaxing.
From the moment he walked into the apartment, he could sense you weren't in the best mood. Maybe it was the indicator of your heels just thrown on the floor, or the way you didn't really hang up your jacket. He hated the fact he wasn't hear to mend your aching body sooner.
Carefully, he poured the wine into the wine glasses that he pulled from the cabinet. Once he saw it was filled to your preference level, he put the metal bottle topper in the bottle to keep it fresh. He also put the bottle back in the fridge, knowing you preferred it chilled. Tonight was all about bringing you comfort.
Grabbing the stems of the glasses, he began making his way back to you. His footsteps were light, so as to not startle you. You did have a tendency to fall asleep anywhere, and assuming you had been on your feet all day, he left nothing up to chance.
However, he saw you on the couch with your legs criss-crossed. You had left a spot open for him. What made his heart swell in the way you were already looking in his direction expectingly.
"Here you go, honey." He passed over the wine glass to you, which you happily accepted. "Why don't you go ahead and get started eating?" "I was waiting for you," you responded. You leaned over to kiss his cheek lingeringly once he settled in next to you. You pulled back to take a sip out of your wine before setting it down on the coaster on the coffee table. Not wasting anymore time, you bega opened up the white takeout bag to reveal the containers.
All the while, Seungkwan sat back and watched you. It made him feel prideful knowing he knew the way to help you at your lowest moments. He always admitted your independence and your willingness to put others before yourself, but he ultimately wanted to the the one to replenish your kind heart.
He wrapped an arm around your shoulder once you discovered your takeout box. You began to eat as he leaned over, kissing the top of your head.
7pm was easily his favorite time of day. It was when he came back to you, that he could make sure you were happy even after the worst of days. It was when he was able to shower you with the love he couldn't do throughout the day.
7pm was when the rest of the world didn't matter because he was by your side.

Oranges!
Pairing : Boo Seungkwan x Reader
Genre : Fluff
Warnings : None
Seungkwan buys a crate of oranges for a reason you've never imagined in a million years.
"Oh my, what are you doing with that many oranges?" your surprised gasp had to be the funniest thing Seungkwan had heard in a while because in an instant, he starts laughing. "What's so funny about this?"
When he's finally done(you're still wondering who's playing a private comedy show for him but that's not important), he looks at you with a weird look on his face and that just doubles your confusion. Was he trying to give someone a Vitamin C overdose?
"Don't look like that. They're just oranges. Probably 20 of them but they're still harmless fruits," yeah but what does he need all that fruit for?
He places the crate on the kitchen counter, turning to you, "I never thought you would be afraid of oranges."
"I wouldn't be afraid of 1 or 2," you mutter, "Who knows? You might poison everything and give it to people who annoy you. Oh shoot, I gotta warn Soonyoung, then."
"Hey, hey. I'm not psychotic and as much as Soonyoung hyung annoys me, I still love him," he didn't know that if you weren't provided a reason in 2 minutes, then it will be you who's going to turn psychotic.
"By the way, I wanted to try baking. That's what these are for," his reply makes you laugh, but when he stays silent you realize that he's actually serious. "Kwan, cakes are hard to bake, did you realize that before buying these?"
He looks offended for a moment but smiles enthusiastically, "Hey, I'm Professor. Boo. I'm good at everything I do."
"Well, good for you because I don't see myself helping you if the mixer explodes or your first batch burns."
He gives you an evil look before saying, "Well, it's your mixer that's going to explode and your oven that's going to see my first batch burn, so I don't really see a problem."
You gasp, "I swear if you do anything to my things-" you're cut off by Seungkwan's lips on yours for a brief moment. When he pulls away, he gives you the most innocent smile you've ever seen, "Then, won't you help me, darling? Starting from the batter."
Damn him for being so cute and flirty. If there's one thing he's good that, it's at getting himself out of trouble.
