Ingredients
4 tablespoons of butter
3 large eggs
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup of flour
1 tablespoon of sugar
Berries
Optional Ingredients
Confectioners sugar
Caramel
Maple syrup
Whipped cream
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in a heated cast iron skillet and set aside.
Whisk the 3 eggs.
Add the milk, flour and sugar to the whisked eggs and mix until smooth.
Pour the batter into the cast iron.
Bake for 20 minutes.
After baking let it cool for 5 minutes.
Top it with berries and other toppings of your choice and enjoy!

I can't, for the life of me, remember what I said...but I DEFINITELY remember this boy's response: "Hmmm, breakfast!" 😂😂😂 This was also the class in which I'd joking rebuttal to my teacher, "Are you saying that because I'm black?"
