Everyone is stressed when you've landed on quite a distance from what used to be your home.

" What are we going to do now?" One of the younger's ask.

" We should keep running. We're hopeless." Another teenager replies.

" No, we should hide once and for all. Fly off to a new island and stay there." One of the adults cuts in.

" And then what? Let the darkness take over the world?" Someone asks him.

" Yes. Let the rest of the world be. They're lost anyway." The man tells him stupidly.

You and Hoseok ( who's standing beside you) both turn to look at Sefra, the leader of the Pegasus Tribe.

She doesn't say anything, she seems just as lost and miserable as the rest of you.

" Well, considering no one says any new suggestions, let's do that-"

" We're not going to that." You tell him sharply, deciding to try and take charge.

The man turns to look at , an arrogant look in his eyes. His soulmate, a sleek silver Air dragon is stood behind him, most probably trying to intimidate you.

" And what makes you think that we'll follow you?" He asks you smirking.

" I know I will. If you're smart you would too." Jin moves to stand beside you, crossing his arms over his chest.

Sapphire is stood behind him, her eyes glaring at the dragon almost twice her size.

You can't blame her for being fearless of the creature, your own dragon was twice the size of this air dragon and currently hiding in the shadows.

" No one asked you horse boy.-" The man sneers.

" We camp here for tonight. We'll move early tomorrow morning to find a proper spot to hide until we know a solution. Also, because you're acting like an asshole, you're up for night guard. Come again and we throw you out, got it?" You tell the man sharply.

No one insult your man.

The man looks about fuming now.

" Listen here you little-" The man steps closer to you, but Hoseok is stepping in between the two of you before things can escalate.

" Listen we're all tired. And I too don't care about your words and side with Y/N. We should stay here for tonight." Hoseok says as he looks at everyone around him.

There's a small amount of murmurs, but everyone is too tired to bother with it.

Let's go to sleep. Beansprout mindlinks you as he moves towards one of the trees.

You sleep. I'll keep guard with the other dude, I can already smell how useless he'll be. You mindlink him back.

Don't tire yourself to much out. These dumb people obviously need your leadership. Beansprout grumbles before climbing up the tree and holding onto the bark.

" Aren't you gonna sleep?" Jin asks you as he sees everyone lay down with their soulmate.

" I'll stay up to guard too. I doubt the dude will be usefull at all." You tell him honestly.

" Ah I see, I'll stay up too then. That way you'll have some company." Jin says as he sits down, pulling you with him.

​​​​" You don't have to." You tell him, tough snuggling up against him as soon as both your butts' touch the ground.

He doesn't respond, just gives you that smile that silently tells you that he won't leave you.

" You handled the situation quite well just yet." Jin complements you after a moment.

You snort.

" You think? If it weren't for Hoseok I'm pretty sure that I would've fought him." You smile.

" I think so. Also, thank you for standing up for me." Jin smiles at you.

" Of course. Couldn't let them insult my man right?" You say, not really processing your words.

" Your man?" Jin asks, ears turning pink.

You laugh embarrassedly, slightly moving away from him.

" Heh, sorry please ignore that I said that." You mumble with pink cheeks.

" What? No. I like that title. Tough you should add worldwide handsome to it, your worldwide handsome man." He smiles happily, chucking you back in his side.

In the distance you and Jin hear the man of earlier complaining, and eventually the flapping of wings, a sigh that he left the group.

" Huh. He's stupid." Jin murmurs as you nod.

" Well, I geuss you could say that we should've expected that." You shrugg unbothered.

It's peaceful for a moment until Jin breaks it, asking you the question that's on everyone's mind.

" What's the plan?" Jin asks.

" I mean, you mentioned something allong the lines of hiding away for a while. But what will we do from there?" He asks you, as if you had any idea.

" I don't know. Why are you asking me, am I suddenly the leader of the group?" You ask.

" Yeah, I geuss. I mean, you're the only one who took a reasonable lead earlier." Jin answers honestly.

You hummed.

" Well, for now we should just focus upon managing to get into hiding, and then we'll find a solution to stop this war." You say softly, snuggling just a little deeper into his side, leaning your head on his chest as the both of you look up into the night sky.

" Sound like a plan." He mumbles, the vibrations of his voice going straight trough his chest.
