weekly weigh in: 113.2 lbs

it really irritates me because i worked so hard this week, stayed very much in a calorie deficit, but on the last day i just couldn’t fucking help myself and binged. im gonna weight myself again tomorrow for my own sanity because i have to believe that some of it is undigested food💀💀
