I always pronounced it like you would pronounce "accent" with the first "c" sounding like a /k/ and second sounding like a /z/. So Ticzi Toby.
But his name comes from the word "tic" so it's pronounced both as a /k/ sound. Ticci Toby.

I know Toby isn't actually a Creepypasta anymore (and I'm way too late to be able to call him my favorite Creepypasta since I wasn't in the fandom when he was actually one) but this murderer hold's a special place in my heart (probably going to be the first and last time I make Creepypasta fan art for him though because he's not actually a Creepypasta) so please take this <3
