It was probably around 5am when little JungHee decided to scream at the top of her lungs, alarming the entire neighborhood. She was usually a good baby, but on nights like these, when you and Jungkook really needed rest, she would wail as loud as she could to wake you up. You sighed heavily before abruptly sitting up and tried rubbing the sleep out of your eyes. “Don’t, I’ll do it.” Your husband, the man who gave you this blessing and a curse, put an arm around your waist to pull you back down and pecked your cheek.
“No I gotta get up anyways, babe. I’ll go get her. You go start the coffee.” You instructed as you swung your exhausted legs off of your bed. Your husband of 2 years, Jungkook, followed your lead. Then continued walking to the kitchen while you stopped in front of your screaming daughter’s room.
“Baby, I think she’s hungry,” You shouted across the house after cradling her, bouncing her, patting her back and rocking back and forth on the rocking chair. “Are you hungry JungHee? Is that it, oh ok ok. Mommy will go get you some food,” You faintly whispered to your child who was still crying in your arms. “Jungkook give me the breast milk. It’s in the coffee creamer bottle.” You walked down the hallway while looking down at your daughter with eyes filled with nothing but love for your adoring child, all the while still trying to calm her down.
In the corner of your eyes, you could see Jungkook freeze and not move a muscle. “Jungkook?” You called out and looked up at your frozen partner. He stared at the bottle he had in his hands with wide eyes. It took you not even a second to know, and when you realised, you didn’t know if you should laugh or be annoyed; but you laughed nevertheless. “Don’t tell me…”
“I’ve been using your breast milk this entire time for my coffee.” He said in a monotone voice and looked at you with mixed emotions. Whether it was fear or for being so surprised at the news you weren’t sure. He just stayed there with the breast milk bottle in hand.
“Well now I know where my milk has been going. I thought it was disappearing or something,” you giggled as you watched him run to get a bottle and fill it up with the milk. “You should have told me I was feeding two! I would’ve tried to produce more!” You teased, holding back more laughter, earning yourself a glare.
“Yeah, yeah. Make fun of me all you want.” He mocked after handing you the bottle that was now warmed up and filled.
“I just have a question,” you stated as you put the bottle to JungHee’s mouth, finally soothing her raspy cries. Jungkook replied with a small ‘Hm’ before grabbing the correct milk. “How long have you been using JungHee’s milk?”

Trapped on the cusp of dreams and reality, you can almost imagine your phone isn’t ringing beside you. In your dream, you’re running. Running away from something faceless, but large, and for a good second you’re able to think the ringing is your screaming, but when your screaming stops and the ringing does not, you force one eye open through the haze of sleep and reach for your phone.
It’s not on the table next to your bed, so when it stops ringing you think you’re in the clear, flopping back onto bed, but then it starts up again, and you curse loudly. The phone’s hidden in your sheets by your hip, and before you can even get the device to your ear, your brother is speaking.
Or rather, spitting, “What the fuck are you doing?”
You snort, trying to bury your face into your pillow. “What a wakeup call, Taehyung.”
“Sorry.” He sounds angry, but you pay it no mind. Taehyung leads with his emotions, acting first and thinking second. If something’s worked him up, he’ll confront the problem as quickly as possible, as is made evident by his call at- six in the goddam morning, what the hell? “Good morning, love. Sleep well?”
“Until now? Yes.”
“And you call me rude,” Taehyung laughs. “Happy now? What the hell are you doing?”
You thank any lucky stars there may be that you don’t have any classes today, and can hopefully sleep again after you finally calm Taehyung down. “Elaborate.”

“It’s freezing in here.”
“No it’s not. You’re being dramatic again.”
Huffing, you slide the soles of your feet until they’re pressed against one of Jungkook’s sweatpant clad thighs. “I’m never dramatic literally ever. Feel my toes,” you wiggle them, giggling when he squeaks at the pinch.
“Why do you always want me to touch your feet? Listen, baby, if you have a foot fetish, we can discuss some boundaries-”
“Jungkook!” you yell, laughing when he grabs your feet, tickling them briefly before slowly squeezing. His hands were so warm, which was a gentle reminder that your husband was practically a human furnace.
Scooting closer to him, you fling your legs completely in his lap, sighing with relief when large palms slide up and down your legs, the friction warming your bones. You were always cold, no matter what the weather, but it was one of the many quirks that Jungkook loves about you - and loves teasing you for. Nuzzling into his side, you rest your eyes in the cozy peace of the moment before Jungkook shouts, plopping your legs to the couch to stand.
“I have an idea!”
You scoff. “Is your idea microwaving my socks again? Because they almost caught fire last time and it was awful-”

Seokjin stops mid slurp, noodles bridging between his mouth and the bowl as he turns his head to Jeongguk. The younger sits to his left, playing with his fingers; he’d been so quiet, Seokjin knew something was up. But, as always with Jeongguk, it was only a matter of time before he came to one of them about his problems.
He swallows what he was eating, “Well, we didn’t have to change your diapers, so you weren’t horrible.”
Jeongguk scoffs with a smile, “Yeah, but you and the other hyungs always take credit for raising me… even though I was kind of a brat to you at the beginning, right?”
