I'm just one dude, but the whole "mom Pickles/Pickles the mother" thing skeeves me out so much. I've just taken it as fact that he's a trans man and having that specific kind of femininity forced upon him is just....eeeehhhh. Maybe it's just me, but the way the band has been structured as a family with very specific roles in the last film and how those vague roles are being solidified in a very heteronormative way just makes my skin crawl.

Meh. No shade to the enjoyers of this stuff. I've put filters on that content now and blocked some folks who were otherwise cool. I just can't handle this trend.
