Hi there. Pretty big fan of Monster Hunter. I damn hope Wilds is gunna be good.
Doshaguma, my favourite snarling wild beast.
I also want to add on that it has singlehandedly raised my appreciation for a mythical beast I did not care about before, the manticore.
It derives pretty strongly from historical portrayals of it (several rows of teeth, bald, humanlike face, reddened fur). Said manticore also gets beaten by mightier beasts, fittingly.

At first I found reeally weird the face of Doshaguma, but I'm getting used to. So I wanted to do a redesign with a more “oni” face, less bulky, kinda the mix between a saber-tooth, bison and a bear
