New update on the race.
They are now called Hiberren, which is a anagram of Hebi (蛇), meaning “snake” with a bit more added on.
The giant snake transformation is now called Orochi (大蛇) meaning “great serpent,” but it is also known as the Omega Serpent.
Other added things:
Skin color can range from dark tones to light tones
Hair color is usually warm, desaturated, or darkened colors. Green hues are possible but unlikely
Albino Hiberren do exist, but are rare (pale skin, white hair, stuff like that)
I’m still working on the two ocs but I know named them. Empress Cabrass and Princess Boa.
I just had a original Dragon Ball race pop up in my head.
You know how Sayians are just space humans with monkey traits.
That but with snakes instead
The naming convention would be puns or misspellings on different subspecies of snakes or other reptiles
Every one of them has a rattlesnake tail that can regrow if cut off
Slit eyes, slit nostrils, skin has tough as scales and can be in a variety of tones
Instead if a King/Queen, it’s a Emperor/Empress
Their battle style is focused on using sharp weapons (swords, spears, Katars, etc.) that can be charged with Ki instead of hand to hand combat
Giant emphasis on Honor/Dignity instead Pride
Can turn into giant serpents without the need of secondary conditions (i.e. during a full moon)
If the kingdom has too many prisoners, they will be put in a huge arena and are forced to kill each other in a free-for-all. The winner of the battle will have to face off against the ruler’s arena champion (usually high class) as a final test. If they beat the champion, the prisoner’s charges will be removed.
Race’s Signature Technique: Medusa Glare. The user fires a bolt of Ki from their eyes that paralyzes the opponent. The mastered version of this can keep the opponent paralyzed for serval days.
And I have two character ideas. The Empress and her arena champion daughter.

The Supreme Kai who watch over these Null Timelines are nicknamed as “Nurōshin”. Their primary outfits look like similar to the Kaiōshin uniforms and the uniforms of the angels. The hair color among this divine race are usually comprised of darker colors compared to lighter colors of their counterparts.

Weird Dragon Ball What-if/Fanfic thing that just popped in my head that I’ll write down and share so I don’t forget about it…
There are smaller timelines that are chained to the main time called “Null Timelines”
Null Timelines host/play out of the non-canon events of the DB universe (I.E DBZ Broly movies, Cooler movies, Turles movie, etc.)
They’re not supposed to exist in conjunction with the main timeline, but they do anyway
When the story or event ends, the entire timeline starts over to play it again, making living in Null Timelines a lot like a purgatory.
Each Null Timeline as a Supreme Kai/Archangel like being that watches over them to make sure nothing alters, with a Grandmaster that watches over all of them.
I mean I think it sounds cool, but that’s about it.

Introducing Xeno CAZ!
Also known as Cassandra
Cassandra, nicknamed Cassie, is a Xeno incarnation of CAZ. Unlike her original counterpart, whose origin is from the real world, Cassandra originates from Hero Town in Universe 7. Despite most of its inhabitants who were a part of the SDBH community, Cassie was more interested in the stories of the famous warriors and the general concept of Dragon Ball’s multiverse and timelines, far as knowing every single fact and detail. She is so obsessed with it that she’s willing to build (or, more likely, steal) a Time Machine so she could go back in time and watch the events like it’s a stage-play, or visit alternate universes to see what’s different from the main timeline.
Cassandra slightly dislikes being a pure Earthling, claiming that they “get the short end of the stick” when it comes to power compared to the likes of other races. She has tried so many times in the past to harness her Ki, but it seemed like nothing worked. Being a Saiyan was something she always wanted to be since childhood, especially being a Saiyan like Prince Vegeta. They were cool, had really interesting history, and most of all, they were really powerful. They were clearly better than Earthlings in her eyes, and she started to get desperate. So one night, Cassie stole and modified a Hero Switch, renaming it to the Digi-Saiya Band, and spent days modifying its power to become Vegeta, or at least, the Saiyan she always wanted to be since she was a kid. She also stole a Dual-eyed Scouter to complete the full look. She now the power of a Saiyan Avatar and finally felt complete. Now, she’s traveling around the world and stealing parts to complete her second goal, building a Time Machine to watch the events of Dragon Ball unfold right in front of her eyes.
Cassandra has mostly the same personality as her original counterpart. Laidback, introverted, and socially awkward, but also being chaotic and cheeky as well with close friends for acquaintances. She also acts nonchalant even in the most dangerous situations and is very stubborn about her “selfish” goals. However, she is a lot more witty than CAZ and will not hesitate to disrespect opponents just to make her laugh. With her subconsciously idolizing Vegeta, his arrogance, pridefulness, and even his sadism rubbed off onto her. She also has slightly less patience and is somewhat easier to anger, and will go to desperate measures to achieve her goal. After all, her desperation is what made her into who she is now.

Cassandra I have already explained.
Burg used to work in the Frieza Force since childhood and ultimately faked his death to stop working for them due to how traumatic it was. Later joined the Time Patrol and started the underground “Temporal Containment Squad.” His entire right arm is cybernetic due to an incident with his own Death Slicer and has 3 convergent transformations. An attack form, a defense form, and a speed form, kinda like the Pokémon Deoxys. Kinda of a nerdy and awkward fellow with trauma.
And Ramtam is a halfbreed of a Namekian and Dodoria’s race. He lived in Universe 6 until a time rift brought him at Conton City and he just lives there now with no questions asked. Also has a Southern accent like Android 13. The sword on his back is just a replica of Yamcha’s he carries around everywhere. He’s a total redneck mall ninja.
Together the go and find warriors that have been spout out from temporal seams (those portals from DB: The Breakers) and contain and research them until further notice. Sometimes these seams spout out “Paradox Warriors” fighters that have conflicting stories and powers (for example, a Paradox Broly would have elements from the both DBZ and DBS versions together).

OC REDESIGNS: KICKPEA & BLIZZ
Kickpea: The outgoing and extroverted of the two, she's always excited to explore and adventure into the cosmos, seeking an good fight and to become stronger.
She tends to be more naive and lets her pride get in the way alot, causing her and Blizz trouble.
She doesn't like using ki as much, assisting that her body is a weapon on it's own. So, ki usage is used sparingly.
Blizz: The quiet and more introverted one, he's somewhat the voice of reason between the two.. Despite also being a trouble maker himself.
He's much of the brains to Kickpea's brawns, as Blizz indulges in the calmer hobbies. However, he's pretty easy to set off.
