when you decide to tell him about it, he’s rlly accepting and understanding, if you want him to he can also tell the rest of the hellfire club just in case
I feel like eddie is knowledgable on neurodivergent people, idk why, he just is. maybe it’s because he’s neurodivergent himself (c’mon, u can’t tell me he doesn’t have something-)
if you’re ever in a crowded area (wether it be in school or outside) and he notices you getting overstimulated he’ll gently manoeuvre you to a more secluded area
defo has a pair of earphones for you to wear whenever it’s too loud
if you don’t like a certain taste of food then he’ll make sure to take notice of that
if you’re more on the non verbal side then that’s totally fine too! I feel like he would have a certain way of communicating with you (like writing on a piece of paper or sum)
if you have certain comfort foods he will try his best to get a hold of them whenever he can, he won’t cook it cause he’s a bad cook
if you’re clingy then he’s defo into that, he himself is quite clingy so obviously he’s very happy about it
whenever you stim I feel like he’d join you, not in a mean way, but in like a fun way(?)
I also feel like if you’re stimning in hellfire, sometimes dustin will also join in (I mean he’s dustin so-) and whenever that happens eddie just gets so happy seeing his partner and child friend getting along
if you have something that you hyperfixate on, he loves to hear about it! like you can just ramble away and he’ll be looking at you with hearts in his eyes <3
STEVE HARRINGTON
when you tell him about it, you have to explain it in a bit more detail cause I feel like he’s not very knowledgeable on stuff like this (he tries his best tho<3)
mother mode activates whenever he notices you stressed or overwhelmed/overstimulated, he will quickly try his best to de escalate the situation
if you have certain comfort foods he will buy them/make them for you whenever possible <3
he’s super understanding, like if you don’t want to go to parties cause it’s too much and overstimulating, then he’ll just settle with a simple movie night :)
if you ever start stimming, he gets kinda nervous thinking it’s a bad thing at first, but when you explain that it can be a good thing sometimes he calms down a bit
if you’re clingy then he’s in love, like, you want to snuggle and kiss his face? he’ll melt into a puddle
he’s quite into pda himself so it works. if you ever wanna hug him to calm down he will never say no
he loves whenever you start rambling about your hyperfixations, he’ll just sit there and nod his head with a huge dorky grin on his face🥺
if you’re non verbal or you go non verbal then he’ll try his best to communicate with you, wether it be through charades or a piece of paper

"Good morning D/N!!" My mother yelled as she pulled my curtains to the side , I groaned burying my face in my pillow , I hate when she does that. "...mom!...that name..!" I murmured sitting up "We already talked about it D/M , I'm not gonna call you Y/N , you're my daughter , I know what's the best for you" She growled walking away , closing the door with a terrible loud noise.
"𝑫𝒂𝒖𝒈𝒉𝒕𝒆𝒓" "𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒃𝒆𝒔𝒕 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒚𝒐𝒖" her words repeating over and over in my head while i put on my most masculine stuff , of course second-handed since that my mom wouldn't give me my stuff I had to find a way. I was a completely mess , i'd probably have gone insane if it wasn't-
"Y/N!!"
...Eddie , A loud honk along his voice , a wide smile grew across my face "Comin'!!" I ran , tripping over my feet to get to my boyfriend's van before my mother could say anything. "How's my rockstar goin'?" Eddie said ruffling my hair , he looked just like an angel , big chocolate brown eyes , dimples and barely noticeable freckles , just like a dream, "I...I am good!" I didn't want to make him worried , the last time he saw my scratch marks he looked so upset , I didn't want to see him like that again "Great! Because today we're gonna do only fun stuff" he said with excitement on his voice , kissing the top of my head , I loved to see him like that and couldn't help but to flap my hands "Oh sweetheart , you're so adorable sometimes" he kisses my cheek then started to drive off.
"So , the thing with your mom , it got any better?" I shook my head , looking down to my hands , holding them together , Eddie replaced with one of his own "Babe , I know that things haven't been good to you but hey, today is our day , just the big boys , no girls , no boring mom , no one to tell you how to feel" he smiled warmly at me "Eddie! The car!" I almost yelled "Sorry!'' he laughed softly "You're such a dork!" I chuckled tapping on his hand with my fingertips "And you love it" he leaned in close , planting a soft kiss on my lips.
