Synopsis: Heeseung has always been a good son, obeying his parents' orders even though he didn't agree with them and hated the person he was forced to be around them. In a fit of rage, he decides to run away at night to the beach with his friends and ends up entering a strange cave and making perhaps the biggest mistake of his life. Now he will be forced to undergo changes due to his new "condition" and the consequences of his actions. He will have to be strong because this new life will bring even more problems and complications, but it could also be the start of something very good for him.

Yn is a foreigner who was adopted many years ago by the Wang family after her parents died in a shipwreck. Despite having a very difficult start in life, the girl managed to find peace and a quiet life with a loving family. After a difficult day at her job in a local coffee shop, she decides to visit the beach that had become one of her greatest passions. She sees an accident involving a group of boys and, in trying to help, ends up shaping her destiny and changing her life completely.

𝓨𝓷: Orphaned at the age of 14, she was adopted by Mrs Wang and her family, lives in a small apartment with her best friend and works in a coffee shop in the city centre near a huge college, loves the beach and her 3 kittens. 𝓛𝓪𝓵𝓲𝓼𝓪: Moved in with her best friend Yn after a terrible fight with her family, works at the Delirium coffee shop, takes dance classes every week and sometimes performs at a nightclub in the city centre.

𝓙𝓲𝓼𝓸𝓸: Owner of the Delirium coffee shop, although she seems like a very serious and closed woman, she is very caring and sweet, she has to control her friends so that they do their jobs and don't forget things, but when they're having a girls' night out she's usually the one who comes up with the worst ideas, she has a puppy called Kai.

The sound of the waves calmly lapping against the sand could instantly calm Heeseung down no matter how stressed he was, he let out a long sigh and sat down on the edge of the beach, hugging his legs, resting his chin on his knees as tears overflowed his eyes, letting his emotions flow like the waves, the moon seemed to be looking at him from afar, waiting for him to confess his fears to her.

Heeseung remembered the first time he had been there, that day of bright sunshine and a gentle breeze that caressed his skin. His aunt and uncle had managed to convince his mother to let him go to keep Felix company, as he preferred playing in the sand to swimming. The explosion of emotions he felt when he saw the beach, when he felt the sea water around him, as if he were at home and his soul was finally at peace, he had never experienced such a feeling anywhere else, no matter how many times he went to swimming lessons, it wasn't the same as being in contact with the sea. After that first day at the beach, the boy always returned there in his moments of crisis, to think, to feel a little peace in the midst of so much daily chaos and anxiety, especially after his mother's visits.

Mrs. Lee, as she liked him to call her, always brought problems with her, and the boy had few memories of her not being stressed or upset about something. Even more so after the boy had left home, it was as if he had gone from being her little boy to being a burden she had to deal with, but to make up for it, the boy's life had improved a lot after the move, even though he had to deal with the mess of his friends and some problems in living together, their life together was happy, they were like brothers to him and the boy would never be able to repay them for all they had done for him.

The deep sobs that escaped from Heeseung couldn't drown out his mother's voice screaming in his head, "You've become incompetent since you came to live with those thugs, you're not even capable of getting good grades," she shouted just before throwing his exam papers on the floor like they were garbage, he really did feel incompetent for not getting the good grades he had studied so hard for, but with the work and the teacher's hostility it was almost impossible to be top of the class like she so desperately wanted. "Even your idiot cousin gets good grades, why do you take pleasure in humiliating me like this?" His cousin had always been better at everything in his mother's eyes, and sometimes the boy wondered if she would trade her son for him if she could.

After a while of crying, his eyes were swollen, his hands trembled and his breathing was difficult. He heard a sound that sounded like a whisper calling him, coming from the direction of the cave hidden on the beach, it was a secluded place where hardly anyone went and for him it was one of the most beautiful places in the city. The cave was in the middle of a pile of rocks, you had to know the way to get to the entrance and know which way to go to find the place where the inner lake was, it was silent and the little light it had came from a crack at the top that let the moonlight in and illuminated the place, it seemed scary to some people but to Heeseung and his friends it was enchanting, the lake was very deep but it had an exit that led to the waters of the beach but it was risky to try to cross it.

He took off his clothes and stripped down to his boxers, but before he got into the water he remembered to tell Jake where he was as his friend was very worried if he went in without telling anyone. When he jumped in he felt a chill as he felt the water touching his body, it was very cold but it was still comforting to be underwater and as he swam he felt happiness fill him completely, despite the dim light he could see some fish swimming next to him, some of them swam next to him and sometimes even ended up hitting him, his body moved with dexterity and delicacy as if he was in his natural habitat. He stayed at the bottom until he felt his lungs burning and his arms tired, then he dived and looked up at the moon shining so beautifully above him, until something happened.

When the moon reached the centre of the crack the whole cave lit up beautifully and the water changed, it warmed up and began to glow a pearly blue, the fish lit up as if they were bioluminescent and there was a tremor in some of the rocks at the top of the cave, Heeseung felt his skin tingle and his legs hurt in a strange way, but he didn't have time to worry about that because he heard a noise coming from the entrance of the cave and saw Jake running towards him, jumping into the water immediately, and then Jay and Sunghoon appeared. Jake swam up to his Hyung with a big smile on his face, while the other two sat at the edge of the lake, both of them sitting a little apart from each other, and Sunghoon looking uncomfortable as he dipped one of his legs in the water.

— Hi, Hyung! I heard what happened and we decided to come and help you - the boy said smiling a little embarrassed, he reached out and gave Heeseung's shoulder a gentle squeeze. The older man smiled slightly and held Jake's hand, squeezing it lightly, it was his way of saying how grateful he was — We've brought some drinks too, let's go with the others.

The two boys swam to the water's edge where their friends were and, knowing that the eldest of them didn't like to talk about his fights with his mother, they began to chat about the anime they liked and to talk badly about their teacher Kim, who, even though the older boys hadn't had lessons with him, knew how unbearable this teacher could be to his students. They were so engrossed in their conversation that they didn't notice some pebbles falling into the water and the strange trembling at the top of the cave near where they were, until Sunghoon, who was a little further away from the other three, felt something tap lightly on his shoulder.

— Hey guys, is it normal for it to move like that? It's making a damn noise — Sunghoon muttered, looking up and pointing for the others to see as well, Jay stood up and took a few steps back to try and get a better look at where it was vibrating. Jake saw a small light coming from above and nudged Heeseung to show him, they swam away to try and see what it was.

— It's glowing up there, see Jay? — Jake said, looking at the boy who nodded in agreement.

— That's weird, it's a blue light.

As soon as the boy finished answering there was another tremor and then everything happened too fast for them to react, a crack began to spread across the rocks above Sunghoon and more light came from it, soon rocks over a metre long were falling one after the other like raindrops hitting the ground around the boys, Heeseung and Jake dove into the water trying to avoid being hit but ended up swimming to opposite sides and losing each other. Seung swam to the bottom to get away from a large stone that almost hit him and when he stopped he saw something red staining the water, he was desperate when he realised it could be blood but he couldn't see where to go as everything was so dark, when he looked down he saw a beam of light coming from another crevice and decided to swim to it.
