It's the people who do these things that make me lose faith in humanity, and I'm a cishet! Like, just because it's something mildly associated with a certain queer group, like a rainbow or a bouquet of violets, doesn't mean turns you queer, because YOU CAN'T SPREAD QUEERNESS. It's not a disease and it shouldn't be treated like one! Things can have multiple meanings. Violets can be violets, rainbows can be refracted light made by water sunshine and God's promise, or violets can be a sapphic symbol, or rainbows can be a pride flag! It's not that big of deal that you have to go out of your freaking way to paint over rainbows or stop buying violets. It especially pains me to see extremely religious ( me and my family are religious and we accept everyone) and extremely scientific people be homophobic. Like "God wouldn't like to see this relationsh-" BUT GOD ALSO LOVES EVERYONE ON EARTH AND HAS A PLAN, THEREFORE, QUEER PEOPLE WERE MEANT TO BE QUEER. Something that God doesn't like is for other completely innocent people to be oppressed against in order to try and be holy, have they never heard the phrase "love they neighbor" ? In oppressing others, that's hurting people while think you're doing good, which is counterproductive and mean Everyone is and should be equal. And for the scientific individuals saying that being gay is wrong, they obviously aren't as smart as they're made out to be. Homosexual tendencies are a completely natural thing built into a lot of animals, INCLUDING HUMANS. It's not a choice. Fear mongering your children into being homophobic is a choice. Being mean to others is a choice.not accepting people just because they're different from you is a choice. It doesn't matter who people are attracted to, how they identify, what they're race and completion are, or what they're background is, PEOPLE are PEOPLE. Other people shouldn't have to suffer just because others around them are ignorant and small minded. Everyone. Is. Equal.

The world we live in..
You know whats absolutely terrifying? The fact that our world is literally DYING and damn near half our population dont even care. Like for example, Australia is on fire. 2.5 MILLION acres have been damaged by the bushfires. An estimated total of 1 BILLION animals have died because of it. And we have our “great and wonderful” president trying to start a world war. Rather than focusing on Earth, the only planet thats capable to hold life, people want to focus on money, or fighting, or discriminating against each other.
Its insane how this isnt as urgent to others as it is to me.
