I am currently in the mood to draw low resolution characters with cute faces so here we have our best boys Colress and Faba 💚💙

The images are actually very tiny but I think tumblr resizes them (atleast on mobile) so ehdhws have some blurry scientists.

I had this comic since 7 months in my drafts after I got asked about my Headcanons with Researchethics Pokemon. My toxic perfectionism was very mean with me on this one and was unsatisfied with it;; but today I kick its ass 🔪

Since Colress can have either a Porygon2 or PorygonZ when you battle with him in the Battle Tree I thought about... what if he had two Porygon2's at first and never found anyone to trade with + never found a dubious disc in the beginning to evolve it.

And then it hit me that Faba gives you a dubious disc at the end of the battle after the Rainbow Rocket incident and his demotion.

And then it hit me again that they could trade Pokemon together to make Porygon2 finally become the Porygon-Z it always wanted to be.

And as thank you Faba gets knifed by Porygon-Z out of affection /ref to one of @/katbam s post

Been thinking about @beeheeyeem s Researchethicshipping Coffee Shop AU Idea and this came to be.

A guilty pleasure of mine is using OCs as random NPCs or background characters nnhjhnh sorry, so here we have my girl Xenley, actually a normal Employee of the Aether Foundation, but she hates Faba with her guts for many reasons and loves rubbing salt into his wound by passive agressively happily paying Colress an extra high tip.

And Nixon (@beeheeyeem little guy//sorry for stealing him) probably never getting his cake because his old co-worker is way to busy being angry at his new Co-worker that seems so much better and charming than him.

Selfshiptober 2024 Day 1 - Night or Confession

I am already sorry if I m i g h t get annoying. But nggsnsgh.

Might use this and draw a bit more of Lilac and Faba to stay sane from real life being just tiring.

I chose Night because their confession is basically… ??? They have that kind of slow burn (a bunch a shit happens) where they just end up spending more time together by default, talking and trusting each other more and have that awkward „what are we, what do you think of me“ moment where nobody wants to start talking about it, to not make things even more awkward in case the feelings are not mutual. (Especially for Faba it will be hell because he has no idea how to deal with feelings for someone else)

I still have to figure out the scene of the moment they get „officially“ together but its probably very stupid.

And in case someone is interested, Lilac, alias Lilia is my Pokesona. But also kinda a OC. Self insert, iidk, she is a bunch of stuff. She mainly is the embodiment of me wanting to see this guy happy.

Faba pulled another night of working over time so he deserves to rest now.

Not reeeally apple picking but Lilac came back from her Galar expedition and heard about a certain rumor of gifting an Applin to someone you like there. She was able to pick a ✨️green✨️ Applin and gives it to the person she loves at the moment she came back
