Ghoul of the Day!! From Fallout 4 did anyone else find this ghoul on the boat??
"Rags is the leader of the ghoul raiders found aboard the wreck of the FMS Northern Star in 2287. Rags and his crew are still living on their ship, stranded off the coast of Boston since the day the bombs fell. He and his crew have since become ghouls and now defend their stranded ship from mirelurks and other Commonwealth threats. Neither he nor his crew speak English. They will immediately become hostile to the Sole Survivor and shout Norwegian phrases to them and each other."
Now don't get me wrong, he attacks you straight away and never speaks english, but there is so much potential for a story with him!! Not to mention he is a ship captain so he technically has a job as a pirate...?

The legion not having ghouls in the army is fucking stupid because could you IMAGINE how useful they would be for scouting missions or just straight up BOMBING the NCR??
