Your reading almost made me tear up a little because a lot of the things you said were things I really wanted and needed someone to tell me. Like you said, it made me see this seriously pretty intense and negative event in a positive light and I'm really grateful for that. Things have been pretty chaotic lately so I do hope everything will calm down 😭😭😭.
