So, I know that there's this debate about whether ghosts can feel each other or not, i.e.. whether Charles and Edwin can feel each other or not. And I think we all collectively have this headcanon that they can, in fact, feel each other. But I think it's actually fully Canon and stated quite clearly that they can, in fact, feel each other. I'm not very good at explaining why I think it's canon, so I'm just gonna leave y'all with the words of George and Jayden:

The meaning of Charles’ touch changes for Edwin. “He starts to crave it,” says Rexstrew.

I mean, why would he start to crave it if he can't feel it in the first place? 🤷🏽‍♀️
