I started dancing recently. I am taking 2 different dance classes. One is Irish dance. The other one is Flamenco.
For Irish, I dance 4 hours a week, Flamenco 1 hour a week
Today, when I was talking with a friend from dance class: I said
I didn't hope I would continue so far. It is hard. It is painful. But I keep dancing. That's really interesting. I guess that's the beauty of dance .
Flamenco: I also need hand and foot coordination here. For irish, we don't use hands. After nearly 10 years, I started dancing. it's really hard. Flamenco is more about elegance and smooth, sometimes fast moves. I like dancing with a skirt. It touches my feminine side.
Interesting fact: both my dance classes are actually in german language, which I am learning. Today in irish class. When we are doing a group routine at the end of class. I heard others saying "schlimm" that they want to do this another day, not today. They after sometime I remember schlimm is "bad." They also told me it was totally fine because its my first seeing and doing that.
It made me think,
Being bad is okay. I can't be perfect on the first try. It shows I am trying. If I am afraid of being bad or making some mistakes, I can't start, I can't do any action. So in others I am doing better
