About that ending
And I'm not talking about the "separation" (which isn't really one but whatever). I'm actually talking about what happened after Elsa went too far in Ahtohallan (is it how you write it?).
It must be that weird, angsty part of me who's talking right now, but I would have loved if Elsa actually died after discovering the truth about what happened. I completely understand why the forest's spirits decided to let Elsa save Arendelle in the end, especially since all they wanted was for the dam to be destroyed (the real culprit already being dead, it would have been stupid to make the rest of the kingdom pay for his mistakes). But I just can't help myself, itās good fanfic material !
Let's think about it for a sec :
- Anna manages to destroy the dam.
- Elsa un-freeze but drowns as predicted by the lullaby, the Nokk won't save her even though she is the fifth spirit.
- Anna's the new queen and she will rebuildāwith Kristoff and her peopleās helpāa new Arendelle.
- During those years she will learn how to move on, with Kristoff and Sven by her side; something she struggle with quite a lot in the movie
- After Arendelle is rebuilt, the spirit of Elsa will be completely restored and she will start her new life as a spirit. Most probably without a human form since she's...you know..dead..
- They will be reunited again, Olaf will be back, tears, happy tears, Elsa telling Anna how proud she is of her, Kristoff also crying because this is just too much, lots of tears, happy tears, and then the end.
Maybe a bit too much for a kids movie but it could be a good fanfiction honestly. It has some kind of plot hole (?) That I sadly can't fill since there are some things that i don't fully get yet (like why did Elsa freeze instead of falling into the water and drown after she learned the truth? etc...).
Either ways, I can't wait for people to finally watch the movie and start writing new fanfics!
Why do I feel like y'all can't write Elsa without making her extremely edgy ?
And I'm not saying that you should write her without acknowledging her past issues and struggles, but could you please write her character without making her ridiculously edgy ? Ugh I really don't want to look insensitive or something, but it's a thing that I've noticed and it's so annoying. There's a difference between her being true to her character (her feelings, her depression and her anxiety...), and her being sad just because you want to.
I'm totally fine with all the fictions written before Frozen 2 or that happen before Frozen 2 story wise (even tho some of them are oddly edgy) but I can't help being upset when a fiction written after Frozen 2 makes her this insecure girl all over again. I don't even know if Iām making any sense (I'm pretty sure I don't, that's what I get for trying to rant when I can't even write properly).
I'm pretty sure it's just a writing problem, but I'm sick of reading Elsa being the damsel in distress or the girl who's insecure about her powers all the damn time. And I'm only talking about recent fanfics here. I mean, she's a grown ass woman now. Of course she's still going to have issues, you don't get rid of things like this that easily, but in some cases I just feel like y'all just can't write her without making her extremely depressed, move on please...
I needed to get it out of my chest. If I offended you, please don't be it's just a stupid rant that I might delete eventually..

Into the Unknown Magic āļøSwipe for timelapseāļø . . . This is probably the fastest piece Iāve ever done, did it in 3-4 hours. I was finishing another piece when I was hit with the urge to draw magic. Magic is just so fun and beautiful to draw and I absolutely adored this sequence, so I just dived right in! Absolutely loved the movie, way better than the first. Didnāt like the first. Animation was beautiful, story was great(would change minor stuff), and music was amazing. . . . When I saw Anna become Queen and Kristoff become Lord, it occurred to me to advance time and imagine how her son would be, the future King of Arendelle, he still has no name, I only know that he is 20 years old and is the first-born to the crown of Arendelle, I plan to put a sister and two more brothers (girl and boy) only that I'm not good at drawing women, changing the subject I mention that he has been through a lot, he was separated from Anna and Kristoff (his parents) for 9 o 10 years because of a curse that transformed him when he was only a 10-year-old boy which was forced to disappear from the kingdom so that no one would see his current appearance (since his appearance was like that of a beast), not even his own parents would let them see such an appearance so he decided to flee the kingdom (some of the kingdom think that the prince is dead, others that he is alive somewhere, Anna and Kristoff really think that their son is dead).
-This is his current human form that occurred to me when I imagined his transformation, even his human appearance as an animal will continue to change.-
-I hope over time my drawings improve, due to my poor drawing skills it was not possible for me to mix facial features of Anna (well maybe a little of her), Kristoff, Runeard, Aganarr or Iduna in this character, for me the joke and the essence of the character is that he had all these members of the family in just one on his light face lol, but well, although his character, eyes, skin color, hair looks a lot like his mother Anna, and by the way he takes quite well with his aunt Elsa, with Olaf and the Nolthundra village and of course with his kingdom.
