Ditching Those Bad Habits!

Reflect on your triggers! What causes me to start these bad habits? What kind of impact do these habits have on me? Journal questions like these and then think of ways to stop these triggers.

2. Remind yourself who you are! You have been with yourself through your highs and lows. Therefore, you can get through these bad habits. You know what you’re truly capable of, so say those affirmations and push through.

3. Slowly start healthy habits! It may take a while, and that’s ok. You aren’t going to be able to get rid of those unhealthy habits overnight. It takes time and that’s perfectly fine. In order to get to your dream routine slowly start healthy habits. Think of healthy habits that will get you to your goals. Then, start them as soon as you can!

4. Take a full reset day! Take a day fully to yourself, reset your mind and soul. Do some meditation, skincare, take a shower, do your favorite hobby, sleep early, etc. The day of, wake up as if you’re a new person. This person doesn’t go back to those toxic habits, negative people, or triggers. Also, I recommend you plan this day out ahead of time so you can make it detailed.
