If you look closely, you'll notice his eyes are different in the second image. I thought it would look interesting if his eyes changed color when using Chaos Powers / tapping into his Chaos Energy, kinda like how Sonic's eyes change color when going Super

In my headcanon Link and Sonic have a Senpai - Kouhai relationship in which they swap "roles" constantly. It can also be either platonic or romantic. Originally just a mindless doodle, but then I got super into it and turned it into a full illustration. Also the title is a reference to a song made by Junichi Kanemaru (Sonic's seiyuu)

So, I saw a post somewhere describing Amy's type as someone who is "Brave, independent, strong-willed" and saves the day, which I felt easily describes Link
