Did this as my “fanart project” for a class. My teacher said I should share this with a wider audience. I was very ambitious and didn’t get to do everything I wanted to. —I’d love to see others draw for this as well :3
Y’all… know OWCA from Phineas and Ferb? How they have lots of jokes about the inefficient bureaucracy? Yea… I made a paperwork system.
VIDs and Agent IDs, of course, which I made for Perry and Doof, and then for some OCs… and then for Waddles and Gru and BMO. So here are some pictures (including the crossover I drew with the kids) and I made the OWCA Guidelines Outline for the Villain Information System, which is the funniest thing I’ve ever written.
Imagine, if you will: Rick Sanchez dies (somehow. Finally.) and it’s so sad. One month after his funeral a portal opens directly in front of Morty, no warning: "Morty, Morty I did it Morty, I broke out of Hell-- Science still works in Hell, Morty! Now c'mere-- I need your help with something, come on-- we gotta-- let's go--"
When Rick died, he went to Hell. Vivziepop’s Hell, the one with Hazbin Hotel in it. He rose to power at least as quickly as Alastor did decades ago, and he invents portals that allow him in and out as he pleases. Through some combination of wanting to go to heaven to kill god and Morty wanting him to be healthy and improve, Rick ends up living at the Hazbin Hotel.
Alastor hates him, definitely hates him, but also low key respects him because like damn bro how’d you do that? Charlie and Morty get along so well. Rick and Angel fuck probably. Angel secretly being good with kids but also Morty is old enough to tease and mess with and be honest with about the porn stuff and Morty’s so out of his depth. Rick as a drinking buddy for Husk, Lucifer and Husk become two more concerning role models for Morty to look up to. Vaggie would hate all of this because why is this living child in Hell. Rick would kill god. Picture Vaggie or Angel or anyone or everyone else standing in the lobby watching Rick and Morty do one of their “Rick and Morty 100 years” speeches.
