The Death of Haegon

While reading The Blacks and the Reds analysis on towerofthehand I read the line that

I think this is a poor comparison. The death of Haegon Blackfyre was one death not a massacre and after he surrendered. Thus I think his death was similar to (AGOT spoilers) the surprise execution of Ned Stark in AGOT, a shocking singular death which drove his relatives need for revenge in the same way Robb was motivated to make war by his father's death.
