I don’t think you guys understand just how much I hate Jason’s quote.

Jason was killed because he heard one of the only adults he trusted say that he would turn out just like his father. That was the reason that he ran away.

And even then, it wasn’t his fault that he got killed. He was killed because his mom tricked him. All Jason wanted was for someone to love him.

Plus, I don’t think that Jason ever saw being Robin as “just a game”. He grew up on the streets. He knows just how much crap all the people that live there go through. Could you blame him for breaking more bones than necessary??

They deserved it. And can we please talk about how fucked it up it was for DC to have Jason beat up a bunch of rapists and murderers (people who- like I said- deserved it) only to have people from the superhero community comment on him being too rough on them? Like no.
