I feel the need to start a company where all my employees work 4 day weeks (30-32 hours = full time) , full health benefits, unlimited sick leave, 8 hours annual leave a pay period, lots of telework options, paid parental leave, general schedule flexibility, and as many trainings and advancement opportunities as I can provide, all for as high of a salary as I can possibly afford. Oh, and also I’d like, not sell customer data (or collect it at all when feasible) and just generally emphasize security and privacy

It amazes me but ever so slightly freaks me out how jim carrey can play the most over exaggerated funny guy to the most serious charming guy ever. Love his range. Seriously though go and fucking watch Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. Yeah it ends up being a dark ass movie but damn it's fudging amazing
