Thinking about how BeniLexi are what CinnaPhos could've been.
Alexandrite normally has a color similar to Phos until they get enraged and turn red, like Cinnabar. And Benito is blue like Lapis' head.
Lexi trusts Benito, Benito doesn't entirely trust Lexi. Like how Phos trusts Cinnabar but Cinnabar doesn't.

Cinnabar and Benito somewhat admire the lunarians. Phos and Lexi become somewhat enraged by them becuz of loss.
Phos first wanted Cinnabar as an assistant. Benito is basically Lexi's assistant.
Wait did Lexi have their condition since birth...? If so doesn't that mean they were alot like Cinnabar, dangerous. After all Benito did say "Yeah, you can fight, but you'll attack BOTH sides." Dun dun dun.
Also thinking about Benito is extremely liked by the lunarians, perhaps kinda like how Cinnabar envied Phos for being more liked by the lunarians...?

...just realized, ALL of Phos' emotional problems would've been solved if someone just yelled at them.

I wonder if theres any reason behind the gems not yelling at Phos, other than Phos being spoiled. Hell, the ONE time i remember Kongõ ever yelling at Phos was when Phos went the ocean without permission.
