A/N: I got the idea from this video. Obviously the tall guy w the bucket hat reminded me of our tall baby Lucas, plus I saw it in the comments, so i thought why not?
Summary: During a social experiment on what would people do if you asked them to help you get rid of your ex boyfriend, you stumbled upon Lucas, who ended up asking you on a date.

You sighed and prepared yourself for some interaction with other human beings. Even if you absolutely hated speaking to strangers, today you had to, since you had a sociology project that required a social experiment.ย
Instead of just using your group of friends, you decided to use people that wouldnโt know theyโd be a part of a social experiment, to have more accurate results.
Your friend, Jaehyun, offered his help and his amazing acting skills, by creating a background story of the two of you. He would be your intimidating ex-boyfriend who tries to convince you to come back to him and you would ask strangers to act like your boyfriend in order to finally get him to stop it.
With Johnny secretly shooting the interactions between you and the people (so you could have proof of your work) you could finally start the experiment. โAre you ready? Iโll come after I see that the person agreed to protect you.โ Jaehyun asked, fixing your mic to not be visible.ย
โYes. I see Johnny is doing a great job at acting natural while shooting with his phone.โ You said and motioned a thumbs up towards him, to let him know you were ready. โYeah, I donโt know how heโs so good, but itโs honestly creeping out how heโs a natural at being a stalker.โ Jaehyun joked and you chuckled. You pushed Jaehyun to hide, as you went forward and looked for your target.ย
ย โIโm sorry, can I-โ you started, but the person walked right past you and you hung your head low. You were sure Jaehyun was chuckling at you and you wanted to too, but you held your composure and searched for the next person.ย
โIโm sorry, can you help me?โ You asked and the man stopped and removed his earphones. โYes, how can I be of help?โ he asked and you internally cheered. โMy ex-boyfriend said he wanted to meet me here and he is trying to convince me to go back to him. ย Can you act like my boyfriend, so he can get the hint and finally leave?โ you said but the man frowned.ย
ย โOh, no. I donโt want to get in a fight.โ He said and you shook your head quickly. โAh, no, no, he wonโt hit you. He will probably just be a little rude, but he never hits people.โ You assured, but the man shook his head again. โIโm really sorry, but I canโt deal with this right now. Please ask someone else.โ He said and quickly left, causing you to sigh again.ย
You stopped a man that looked way older than you, in hopes that he would agree and you could finally start the experiment. โExcuse me, my ex-boyfriend said he wanted to meet me here and he is trying to convince me to go back to him, can you please help me get rid of him?โ You asked and he nodded quickly, looking around.
โOf course Iโll help. Where is he?โ he said and you thanked the gods for it. Now you could finally start. ย โHeโll be here soon. He wonโt try to hit you or anything, he isnโt that type of person, so donโt worry about it.โ You quickly said and he nodded.ย
โIs he your age?โ he asked and you nodded, before pointing at Jaehyun, who just appeared. โThere he is.โ You and the man turned to look at Jaehyun who walked towards the two of you with an angry looking expression. โWho is this? I told you I wanted to meet you alone.โ Jaehyun said and before you had the chance to speak the man spoke up.ย
โWho do you think you are, talking to her like that?โ the man said. โIs this your boyfriend? This old man? You found a sugar daddy? I didnโt know you were this type of a whore.โ Jaehyun sassily said and you took a step back, acting scared.ย
โDonโt talk to her, punk. You should be talking to me.โ The man said and Jaehyun scoffed. โWhy do you even try to protect her? Sheโs an ugly whore. I donโt understand why you would care for someone like her.โ Jaehyun knew the stuff he was saying were absolutely illogical, but kept up with his act. โYou shouldnโt talk to her like that. You shouldnโt talk like that to anyone in general. Donโt call her ugly, because in someoneโs eyes she is the prettiest girl in the world. And you, you might have a pretty face, but it is not enough, if your personality isn't pretty too.โ The man said and pulled you away from Jaehyun.
โBefore we leave let me tell you one last thing. Donโt ever try to contact her again, or Iโll call the police, do you understand?โ The man said and Jaehyun scoffed. โSure, whatever. I donโt care that much for her anyways.โ Jaehyun said and left.
โAre you okay?โ The man asked you and you nodded, fake sniffling.ย โDonโt pay attention to anything he said. If he bothers you again, go straight to the police and not random people on the street, okay?โ The man said again and you nodded again. โIโm gonna leave now.โ He said and before he got the chance, Johnny and Jaehyun ran up to you.
โIt was a social experiment. A project for my university.โ You quickly explained to the man and he chuckled awkwardly.ย
โThank you so much for your help. We shot a video for proof of our work. Do you want us to blur your face and change your voice or are you okay with appearing in it?โ You asked the man. โIโm okay with it, but please, use my advice if this actually ever happens. Or just ask your two friends to beat him up, even if I donโt support violence.โ He said and you all nodded.ย
โThank you so much, have a beautiful day.โ You greeted the man and high-fived your friends. You went to another street, just in case someone had seen you, before starting to try again.ย
You saw two guys and decided to approach them, this time. "Hi, I'm sorry, but my ex-boyfriend said he wanted to meet me here and he is trying to convince me to go back to him, can you please help me get rid of him?" You asked and the guys nodded.ย
"Don't worry at all, little girl." One of them said and you smiled at them. Honestly, the two guys were really buff, so this time you were afraid that they'd try to beat up Jaehyun, but luckily you had Johnny there with you too. The two of them were muscular enough to be able to stop the other guys.ย
"Who are these guys? Do you bring them to beat me up? Or are you a whore that's dating two men at the same time?" Jaehyun started his irrational act again, but one of the men quickly stepped in front of you. "What did you say to her again?" He said and Jaehyun took a step back.ย
"Woah dude, calm down. I don't understand why you're so protective of this bitch. She tried to dump me for no reason and now became a hoe." Jaehyun 'reasoned' and the guy raised his fist. "Don't make me hit you. Get the hell away from her and don't come back." The man said and the other man stepped in. "Yeah, you got that pretty boy? Get the hell away from here, before we beat your ass." Jaehyun quickly raised his hands in defense, as Johnny quickly approached you.ย
The two strangers got ready to start a fight, but you quickly spoke up, explaining the situation to them. They visibly calmed down at your words. "I'm really sorry for the trouble I caused to you. And donโt worry about the beating up part seeming bad, it was an expected reaction. Thank you so much for your help." You said and pulled your two friends to a different street.ย
ย "Wow that was really scary. I thought they'd actually beat up Jaehyun before I could make it there" Johnny said and Jaehyun scoffed. "They wouldn't beat me up. I can defend myself well." He said.ย "Sure you can." You teasingly petted his hair and got ready for the next person.ย โAt least they called you pretty.โ You said and Jaehyun shook his head, a small smile appearing in his face.
ย Time passed, a lot of people ignored you and others had the same behavior as some previous people. After counting the amount of people you experimented on, you and the guys decided that the experiments were enough. Also it was starting to get late. You would do one last try to find a person to help. Then you'd all go home.ย
You found two young guys, a really tall guy and a shorter one, but still pretty tall, and approached them. You started the same act, asking for one of them to act like your boyfriend. The taller one immediately pointed at his friend. "I think Hendery's more suitable for you, he is closer to your height." He said, but his friend, who you assumed was named Hendery, didn't seem to agree.
"No, what the hell, Lucas? I'm literally on the phone with my girlfriend right now." He said and sat on some steps behind, leaving you and Lucas alone. "I guess I'll help you then." He said after looking at your pleading eyes and you smiled.ย "Thank you so much. Oh! There he is!" You said and pointed at Jaehyun. ย
"Who is this guy, (y/n)?" Jaehyun asked. "I'm her boyfriend. But I don't see how this is any of your business." Lucas spoke up and Jaehyun scoffed. "You can't be her real boyfriend. Look at all this height difference. That's literally a long distance relationship." Jaehyun said and you tried hard to not laugh at his joke.ย
"I think height differences are cute. However, I never asked for your opinion on our relationship." Lucas reasoned and you swore you melted at his whiney voice and cute words. "This is really ridiculous. Come on (y/n)." Jaehyun said and tried to grab your arm, but Lucas put his hand in front of you and stopped him.ย
"Don't you dare touch my girlfriend." Johnny zoomed, catching Hendery standing up, even if he was still on the phone, obviously willing to jump in and protect his friend. "Whatever. This is not over (y/n). I know where you live. Iโll just come there tomorrow." Jaehyun said and left. You let out a breath and Lucas quickly turned to you, putting his hands on your shoulders.
ย "Are you okay?" He asked and you nodded. "Give me your phone just in case he comes back again. I'll come help you." He said and pulled out his phone. You gave him your number and then pretended to leave, after thanking him. You, then came back and explained the situation to them, Hendery laughing loudly and Lucas blushing and scratching the back of his neck.ย
"You were so kind. Thank you so much for your help." You said and Lucas waved his hand dismissively. Jaehyun and Johnny having seen you giving your number to him, decided to not appear, planning to tease you about it afterwards.
"It's was nothing, don't worry about it. But maybe you could make it up to me by going out with me sometime?" He asked, a hopeful look in his eyes and you nodded.ย
"Of course and it will be on me as a way to say thank you." You said and started walking away. "Text me when you can" You said and left to meet up with the boys, who immediately started teasing you about it and you couldn't see, but Hendery patted blushing Lucas' back for his courage, urging him to text you soon.ย
You forgot to ask him whether he'd want his face to appear in the video or not, but you could just ask him during your date.
What the fuck isn't Lucas in any of the 7 new songs?????
Is there a reason? Did I miss something?
