like the entire fandom (to some extent) can agree the hoo and toa weren’t nearly as good as Pjo and could be improved upon a lot.
(I love hoo more then Pjo but like it has issues)
the sea of monsters though? It’s not bad, in fact it’s pretty good. Clarisse gets some great character development and we get Tyson. But we as a fandom had to get ride of one book in the riordanverse (no tkc or mc) I pretty sure Sea of Monsters would win by a land slide.
(though I guess some of the TOA books probably have a chance)
is it just because SOM isn’t as good as the other Pjo books, does everyone think’s boring?
