Sketchbook page consisting of various doodles of Benrey and Gordon from HLVRAI drawn in blue pen ink. In the top left of the page can be seen the date written 3/18/24 and two cartoony headshots of the aforementioned characters, playing heavily into shape language. Gordon is drawn with very rectangular feature with a square and the words “cubifying this man” written next to him. In contrast, Benrey is drawn very circular with a circle drawn to the left of them. Taking up about 2/3’s of the page, situated to the right is a full body drawing of Benrey. In this drawing he is depicted standing awkwardly, out of balance with his knees bent, feet facing opposite directions (one facing away and the other facing towards the viewer). They are situated at an angle, playing a little bit into forced perspective as their leg on the left, the once facing away, is foreshortened. His lack of balance is further emphasized by how he leans somewhat backwards at his torso. Additionally, they hold their right arm and hand up to their face, covering half of it while his other arm is awkwardly bent, held upwards at the shoulder, but bends back down at the elbow, palm facing the viewer in a gripping position. On his face he has only one wide open eye visible, pupil tiny. His eye is then repeated going from the right of his head in a linear pattern. Along their body multiple bones and glitch effects can be seen, notably on their forearm on their right with their ribcage and femur visible on their left side. Beyond this 4 explosion-like shapes are drawn behind his body: at his head, outstretched arm/hand, right knee, and left foot. The piece is entirely drawn, colored and shaded in a crosshatching manner. On the bottom left of the page, taking up around 1/3 of the paper, is an extended halfbody drawing of Gordon. Here, he holds somewhat of a worried or annoyed, looking off to the left with his mouth slightly open in a manner one would if they were making an interjection like “tch.” In this drawing he has his right arm bent, resting on his hip in a fist. Similarly, his left arm is also bent, but held upwards as he loose-handedly holds his crowbar. The piece is entirely drawn, colored and shaded in a crosshatching manner.
