i.   ooc  ‚  [ ʜᴀʟғ  ᴄʀʏɪɴɢ‚  ʜᴀʟғ  ʟᴀᴜɢʜɪɴɢ ] i’m just gonna ramble for a second so ignore but my anxiety is so fucking high today and i don't know why like it’s almost immobilizing today and i really just dont know what to do with It and Myself today and really i Shouldnt even really be feeling this way at least in terms of work because while what im doing makes me anxious anyway im with someone that makes it okay the only person im with that makes me able to be comfortable and relax and talk openly and just have a good day so why it’s so fucking bad I dont know i just know that i havent felt this bad in terms of anxiety in a Long Time anyway im just posting to get it off my chest anxiety tw negativity tw
