I Miss My Husband Tails I Miss Him A Lot - Tumblr Posts

My beloved had to leave this morning and I have.. not been well ;^;

I didn't realize how soft and good domestic life with him would be and.. I miss the simple daily things already like cooking beside him and doing the dishes together.. watching things together and playing games together..

It's only a temporary time apart but I am.. still so very torn by it.. soon soon we'll spend time together again, then soon after that we'll be able to move in together but until then..

I am already counting the months, awaiting his return again

When you make your (at the time) boyfriend a Playlist of songs that reminds you of him, and a month later the starting notes of one of the songs plays in the background of your guys phone call and he immediately recognizes it. Admits that he really enjoys that song

Now he's my fiance and that song plays no less than six or seven times in my loop of music through my work day. And I hope while he's away the tune keeps him company as he labors to overcome the trials he's facing.

Later, I hope that song will play in our kitchen after he's home and we're married and we'll be soft and sing it together as we make breakfast. Or perhaps dance like goobers while it plays

Music is.. so very important to me. And in that song, are so many feelings of love and adoration.

Cosmos above, I am hopelessly head over heels for this man. And I really wouldn't have it any other way

Made it back to the house safely. Got some phone chatting with my boy and a hot meal, and now I fall over and contemplate if I find an excuse to call out tomorrow because aaaaa I am tired and I need to do laundry

(Also, a new countdown has begun! Five months until I Marry him for real!)

And I am headed home now.. sadly without my husband, but I'll see him soon enough again ^^

And now that I'm not actively in the state of Illinois anymore, why does Chicago smell so BAD????
