I Thought It Would Be Fitting For Emmet To Also Have Some Outfit Changes. - Tumblr Posts

An addition, brought on by reactions to the previous post.

A comic concerning Emmet from the Pokemon franchise.

The comic starts with a depot agent coming into the monitor room where Emmett is. "Sir, emergency report from platform 16," the depot agent tells Emmet. "That's never good," Emmet replies." A series of three panels follows where Emmet reads the report. The last panel changes in art style and is inverted and blocky as Emmett lets out a strained "WHAT." The next panel has Emmet rushing to the monitors, furiously typing away at the computer. "How do you lose a train platform!?" Emmet yells. "By forgetting to cherish it," answers the depot agent that is still there. The comic ends there.

It was a verrry exciting day at Gear Station. (Poor Emmet).

It's a foggy early morning. Akari and Ingo from the game Pokemon: Legends of Arceus are sitting on a bench at a train station platform. Akari is happily talking to Ingo with a sleeping Rowlet in her lap. Ingo is deep in thought as a foggy memory of his twin brother, Emmet, smiles behind him.

"Are you waiting on a train?"

Some context for the image under the cut:

It was common for Pokemon and items to slip through the space-time distortions. What made this occasion memorable was that an entire train station platform slipped through during the night.

Akari went to investigate when she heard the report. Despite it being early in the morning, she wasn't the first one to arrive. Ingo was there, sitting on a bench, deep in thought.

"Hey, Ingo," Akari greeted as she sat down beside him, cradling her sleeping Rowlet, "Are you waiting on a train?"

"Good morning, Miss Akari," Ingo said, blinking as if waking from a dream. "I'm afraid no trains will be coming into the station today. The tracks stop after a point, uncoupling this station from its sister stop."

"Maybe they'll be reconnected one day? After we sort out this whole space-time distortion stuff."

"That would be the most favorable outcome, yes."

Ingo relapsed into his thoughts, a shadow cast over him. A hush fell over the trio.

When the sun rose far enough into the sky to burn away some of the fog hanging around the station, Ingo finally stood up and readjusted his worn out hat.

"Let's prepare for departure, Miss Akari! It's an excellent day to make tracks in your journey."

"Yes, let's!" Akari sprang up, eager to start the day.
