Making gifs with 3 methods
In these tutorials, I would be showing you THREE different ways to make gifs in Photoshop (CC 2017) using different examples (I’m sure that most of these tutorials would also work in other versions of Photoshop though). Each tutorial has a sharpening tutorial with them using the video timeline. However, if your Photoshop does not have any “Convert to Video Timeline” option, I’ve also made THIS TUTORIAL for sharpening your gifs with Actions~
Method 1: Using screenshots
↳ Recommended for any video as long as you have an application to take screenshots. (These tutorials do not include how to take screenshots using another application) ↳ EXAMPLE 1 / EXAMPLE 2 (anime)
Method 2a: Clipping/Cropping a video with VLC
↳ Recommended for any video that could be opened with VLC. The video length could be longer than few minutes (e.g. movies, episodes, etc.) ↳ Tutorial in HERE
Method 2b: Clipped/Cropped video or short videos
↳ Recommended for any short videos (under 3-4 minutes long) such as music videos, advertisements/commercials, etc. ↳ Tutorial in HERE
Method 3: Clipping/Cropping a video with Photoshop
↳ Recommended for any video that could be opened with Photoshop. The video length could be longer than few minutes (e.g. movies, episodes, etc.) ↳ EXAMPLE 1 (movie) / EXAMPLE 2 (kdrama)
